after agreeing to their cost proposal for a new system, they came out to do the work. when it was completed, I was presented with a final bill by the technicians who completed the job. I paid it. several weeks later, I got charged an additional amount for work I had not approved and as far as I know, was not done, as no one even told me it was going to be done.
