 + 0 moreThe work was done very professionally and cleanly. Mark Dolan and his staff were very punctual and communicative during the process. They worked well with the HVAC installers from another company, who were installing the new unit. They were always available to answer questions that we had about the wiring in our home. I would use their services again, and I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Wire new Heat Pump System. Install a new AC. Run new 60 amp feed to the attic and wire new air handler with a heat strip. Run new thermostat wires between both units. Run new thermostat wire to its new location. Disconnect existing units. Replace existing electric baseboard heaters with new baseboard heaters. Replace existing thermostats with new thermostats. Remove two existing baseboard heaters in the bathrooms and install junction boxes. Remove thermostats and install blank plates.

 + 0 moreMark showed up at my house right when he said he would. He immediately began to troubleshoot the connections and how the pump was connected to the breaker panel. He quickly determined that my own "handy work" caused the problem. Within the hour, he had new connections done and water back on in the house. His price was fair and I will gladly hire him again in the future. I will have him wire my new generator connection in the near future. Thanks Mark!

My bathroom contractor decided he couldn't handle the electrical work on the Friday before Memorial Day. I called Mark and he came to provide an estimate 2 hours later. He provided a written estimate later that day and scheduled me in for the Tue following the holiday to keep the project on schedule.

He showed up on time, did a great job - and even looked at our entire breaker box, which seemed to have some water damage. He changed the broken breaker switch, installed the dimmer in the hall, and a thermostat in an upstairs bedroom. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. The price was in line with what we expected. We will definitely call him when we need other jobs done.
