+ 0 moreEverything went well. But, the work is still being done. I wanted to have a job done in a rush, and he was the only one available that's why I took him. Amazingly, he did a very good job for me. They were very quick to come over. He is still doing some remodeling job with me. He is doing a really good job. Comparing to other provider, his price is good. He also came over with some wood support to prevent if anything unplanned could happen. Definitively, I am grading him an A.

Description of Work: quoted price for counter tops molding and mantle put in counter tops with out discussing finish and style. took extra ordinary time to get granite, lame excuse after lame excuse. in fact owner doing extended instalation in nyc. mantle was awful looked like counter top stuck above fireplace and had to be entirely redone.they were accomodating about revision.never installed molding .it took multiple phone calls and visits to shop to get call back.owner agreed to meetat shop and choose style for molding. i called to confirm meeting time and when i arrived owner simply left before my arrival without explanation. the failure to be responsive to phone calls ,ridiculous excuses for failure to perform ,was really awful.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GREAT THEY WERE ABLE TO ADD ON TO A FINISHED PIECE AND CREATE A LOOK THAT I HAD IN MIND WITHOUT A PICTURE. THE WORK CAME OUT EXACTLY HOW I HAD WANTED. THE MARBLE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE WORK LOOKS GREAT. I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON IT.
Description of Work: FIRST WE HAD A GRANITE TRIM PUT AROUND A NEW FIREPLACE THAT HAD NOTHING AROUND IT AND ONLY A CEMENT SLAB IN FRONT FOR CODE. THEY THEN CAME BACK AND WERE ABLE TO ADD A MARBLE SLAB IN FRONT AND AN ARCHED PIECE UP AND AROUND THE ENTIRE FIRE PLACE WITH AN ARCHED SHELF COMING OUT. THE ORIGINAL GRANITE TRIM WAS A BLACK BEVELED PIECE. THEY ADDED THE MARBLE IN SILVER TRAVERTINE ALL EDGES WERE BEVELED.

+ 0 moreOUR EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. WE WENT TO THE SHOWROOM MANY TIMES TO LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT GRANITE WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO PICK THE GRANITE. THEY LET US TAKE HOME NUMEROUS SAMPLES SO WE COULD SEE THE GRANITE IN OUR OWN HOME.
Description of Work: THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF GRANITE TOPS FOR OUR KITCHEN WHEN WE REMODELED.
