PISA CONSTRUCTION

Pisa construction was hired by another company to build a wall behind our pool. We were satisfied with the job so we hired John and his company to complete the decking around the pool. What a mistake. After the job was completed it looked very nice except for the fact that he overbought materials and when he was asked to leave the extra patio block he still took it away. The problem started in the second year. John assured us that the deck around our pool was good for at least twenty years and would be totally weed free. In the second year we noticed that the block was separating from the grout. We called John several times and never received a call back. In the third year the situation got worse. Again we started calling John and finally got him on the phone and he agreed to come out and look . He showed up before the agreed on time so neither my husband or I were there to talk to him even though we left work early. When we finally got him on the phone he said that he would fix the stone pavers and re grout after the pool was opened for the season. I called him the following week and he said that he would be out within the week to fix the issue. This is now a year ago and not only is the issue not fixed but the separation is worse. We have already started calling Mr. Pisa but have yet to receive an answer. I wish that someone had given up a heads up on this company's business practices before we went and spent 22,000 dollars on this deck.

Hired John to do my coping stone for my new pool. Payed up front in full. When I infored him I would be using someone else for my patio this guy went crazy, called me a scumbag, said he didnt want the job and would be returning my money minus $500, thankfully I was able to stop payment. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!! Personally attacked me for finding a better price, see attatched text string, the worst kind of business man.
