J & J WOOD FLOORING

After being in their calendar for 3 weeks, they canceled after we were emailing back and forth about stain colors and samples earlier in the day. This cancelation was 12 hours before they were to arrive on Friday morning. As infuriating as inconvenient (the house was "prepped" and furniture/beds were moved to the detached garage) as unprofessional as you can get, plus they came recommended by a contractor (who is still apologizing). I'm surprised they are still in business as unprofessionally as they treated us, unless cost is the only criteria.

J & J provided an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of the apartment. The final price was even more reasonable than the estimate. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and easily reachable by cell phone. The workers were on time, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely hire J & J again. The floors look amazing!

They answered and gave me an estimate on the phone promptly. Their estimate was very close (within $50) to the final price. Took about 4 weeks to schedule an appointment, but I found that was very common with other reputable local companies as well. The patching job proved a bit more complicated then expected and required an extra days work to complete, but I was not charged anything additional for the labor. Everything else went exactly to schedule and was done well. Jaime, the owner, was present the entire time, and was very courteous and informative. Extremely polite friendly and honest across the board. I would absolutely recommend and use again myself.

We were very pleased with J & J Wood Flooring. Jaime (the owner) was professional,scheduled an estimate within 3 days of call. The refinishing was schedule for the next week, which we were happy with.The 2 workers & Jaime arrived on time to start the work. It take 2 days, as Jaime promised. My husband & I were very happy with the work. The floors look beautiful & are a great selling feature for this house that we are sellling.

I called the business owner, he returned my call immediately..........we were scheduled for an appointment within a week. He and the crew arrived on time and finished the job in the time frame discussed. We were absolutely thrilled with the results.

My overall experience was good with them. I would use them in the future.

Called company and left message. Got a callback in about two hours. Found out that they do not move furniture in or out of the rooms. Since we live here, there is obviously furniture in every room. So could not use this service. However, he was honest about it and did call back promptly.

The hall floor had old glue on it buy they did an excellent job removing it and repairing the damaged wood. the places that had to be replaced one could not tell the difference now

THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB PREPARING, IMPLEMENTING AND CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB. THE FLOOR CAME OUT GREAT AND THEY GAVE GOOD INFORMATION AS TO MAINTAINING IT'S APPEARANCE.
