Description of Work: They were unable to schedule us within the time we needed and were not very cooperative on the phone.

Description of Work: I got in touch with him on Tuesday, 4/28. He suggested a number of meeting times which were all inconvenient, either during the following weekend or after-hours during the week. We finally agreed to meet at my house on Wed 4/29 before 4pm. I got a call later that day (still 4/28) that he was in my driveway, even though I emphasized to him that I would not be home all day. He asked if he could look at the job while he was there, and I agreed. I next received a message from him on Thursday, 4/30, that I should give him a call to discuss the job. I called him the following morning, Friday 5/1. He noted that my siding needed some repair and power washing, which it does. He then told me he could not do the job at the price stated, because of the need for washing and repair. This was suprising to me, because the "Big Deal" stated that the washing and repairs were included. I asked him to provide a total estimate for the job. As of Tuesday, 5/5, I have not received this estimate. Due to the poor communication, the attempt to collect extra for services that were stated to be included in the price, and what I cannot help but perceive as a lack of professionalism, I am requesting a refund of the $1,499 I paid for this "Big Deal".

Description of Work: Their team did beautiful picture framing work in my entryway all the way up the stairs into my hall on the upstairs, along with fixing the walls, providing services for color picking and timely completion.
