Description of Work: Jason was called and came twice in 48 hours for 2 different issues. He was responsive and came right away (one being a Saturday). He fixed both issues at a reasonable rate. I would certainly use Door Doctor again for any issues or work.

+ -1 moreI couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I picked the door that I wanted from their very informative website. They came out to measure my existing door and collect a deposit. They told me the wait would be about 2 weeks. They were back to install the door within a week. The gentleman was polite and courteous during the whole install. He took away all the debris even the boxes the new openers came in. He programmed the remotes in my cars ant taught me how to do it in case I ever wanted to change the code. The experience was everything that I expected considering my previous experience with them.
Description of Work: They replaced 2 old wood garage doors and electric openers at my home. After being stood up twice by another contractor on this list years ago, I was lucky enough to have found them in the phone book. They have been servicing my door for years and I couldn't be happier. When it finally came time to replace them there was no doubt in my mind who we would use.
