 + 1 moreStart to finish: We talked about the needs for the renovation and then Charlie presented a proposal which we discussed in great detail. He then outlined all details of the project, costs and kept me informed at each step along the way from new flooring, totally renovated kitchen, and full apartment painting. Very well done job and no complaints. Did have the luxury of not having to live there until the project was almost completed, but the workers were considerate and professional. As a safety I have waited a couple of years to confirm that everything has been as it seemed when brand new, and yes it is.
