Bathroom The work involved a total demo of the existing bathroom, incorporating a hall closet into the new bathroom, plus all new electric, plumbing, moving the toilet, installing all fixtures and cabinetry, seamless glass shower, tile, painting, plus installing new sliding doors for the closet. John (Cabutto) and his crew were a pleasure to work with, meticulous about details, respectful, and clean. John is very detail oriented and made sure that everything was done correctly. There were one or two things we weren't happy about along the way, and he redid them to our satisfaction, no questions asked. He just wanted us to be happy with the end result. I felt completely comfortable leaving his crew here in the condo while I was out. A really decent group of people. Kitchen John worked with me to come up with a good solution to the ugly old oak cabinetry we inherited when we moved into this condo in June 2013. The cabinets themselves were good quality and in decent shape with granite countertops and backsplash, so they just needed a major facelift. John removed all doors and drawer fronts, sanded down the sides of the existing cabinetry, and stained them to match new slab-front doors and drawer fronts. There was additional work involved -- resizing pull-out drawers inside the cabinets to allow for the new interior hinges. I am very happy with the results, and again, his crew was a pleasure to have working here. They sealed everything off so there was minimal mess elsewhere during the sanding, and they always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day.
Description of Work: Completely gutted and remodeled master bathroom (November/December 2013) Updated kitchen with new cabinet doors/drawer fronts
