+ 1 moreHe shares ideas, and tells me what works for him and would ask me if it would work for me. He pressured washed my house right now, added mulch and flowers. He is very polite, all of his workers are so kind and nice. He is really hands on. I will call him and is just on it, it is really easy with him.
Description of Work: Inside he took down some wrought iron, a railing, made beautiful columns, and opened up the dining room. He did a beautiful job painting the interior of my home. painted the ceilings, crown molding in the kitchen, also got the popcorn ceiling downstairs.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The only things that held it up was the arrival of certain fixtures and parts. He has done a lot of other projects for us, including painting the whole house, installing a new roof, converting a one season porch in to a 3 season porch. He has also installed tile in our entry. he replaced 3 ft wide blue stone walk way with a 4 foot wide cemented blue stone walkway. He also redid a laundry room. He's my go to guy.
Description of Work: He performed a complete bathroom remodel. It was a dual bathroom with a door in the middle. He took out all of the sheet rock and ceiling in the back room. He subcontracted to have all of the piping replaced. He re-tiled and installed new fixtures. In the front room, he installed new cabinets, put in a new toilet, and tiled the floors. He replaced lighting and put in an exhaust fan.

+ 2 moreHe's like a problem solving genius! He's got a great personality, he's very friendly, professional, clean, speaks English very well. He really treats your house with respect, he's just a great guy, my husband enjoys him as well as my neighbors. I really can't speak highly enough, he's really a pleasure to work with. Always a bright smile, hand shake, and just looks like he's going to be great painter. I'm just amazed.
Description of Work: We had a leak coming in from our living room ceiling, he came in and he REALLY knows painting. He repaired that so you can't even tell anything happened. In the bathroom, it was leaking through the tiles and I called Fabian, he figured out that we could replace the particular tiles and problem solved. We were also getting a leak in the window frame and he figured out it was coming through the tiles so he put in new tiles in there and vuala, no more leaks! He painted our dining room, he did a semi gloss trim, did the walls, baseboards, ceiling, and it still looks great after 3 years. He also got into carpentry. He was very good at replacing our rotting boards on our deck as well. The whole deck is now painted and looks great!
