I am so glad we found Pete. He is easy to work, answers all questions promptly and does great work. He gives you notice of his arrival time and actually show up at said time. He has great ideas if you're stuck on design issues and was very helpful in putting together our new steam shower bathroom. We'll be re-doing another bathroom shortly.

This is the 3rd project that Broadway Contracting has done for us and as usual we are very pleased with the work. This time they totally replaced the sheet rock in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway ceilings. And added lightening in all ceilings. They put shiplap on dining room and living room walls and did a feature on the entryway wall which came out excellent. Peter and his crew are pleasant and they do excellent work. And a plus is they alway leave the rooms spotless.

Peter was honest and upfront with everything. His quotes stayed true, he was not coming back for extras out of greed. Him and his crew were very efficient, respectful and talented. We couldnâ t recommend him more to anyone who needs any sort of work done.

Peter and his team are extremely professional. They made sure to cover everything and clean up after they finished for the day. We are beyond thrilled with our new bathroom and our new laundry as well. Having work like this done in your home can be overwhelming, but Peter made it as easy as possible for us. We have more projects down the road and Broadway is the only company we will go with. If we could rate them a 10 plus we would but they only give us 5 starsâ ¦ the remodeling we had done is beyond our expectations..clearly we highly recommend them !!!!

Peter, Fabio and Manny provided us with quality work and went above and beyond our expectations. They left all areas super clean and overall did a beautiful job. Peter and his crew from Broadway Residential Contracting just completed a two week complete deck build. This has been a hopeful project for years and Peter made it happen. Our new gorgeous deck is two level with a sweeping staircase, almost 700 sq ft. Itâ s strong and every detail was done to perfection. Peter came to us with awesome suggestions on how to upgrade our original plan and kept to budget. I am so glad I found and hired Broadway Residential. Peter and his team were amazing from the very first estimate to the swift completion of my gorgeous new bathroom. Peter was a great guide through the process and helped with pick up of my items which was fantastic. His attention to detail is great and he made it a smooth, stress free process. His team was friendly and hard working and everyone did a great job. They never once â nickel and dimedâ me and I feel I got a ton of value for my money. I even threw in a new baseboard heater at the last minute and they were happy to install it for me. Before the project I was stressed out from a flood and wondering if I would ever have a bathroom again. Now I am relaxing in a new tub in the nicest room in house.
