I purchased a Big Deal for $199 for $400 of tree service. He was very prompt and punctual. The work was good.

Robert was very efficient and diligent in executing the proposed plan. His team was very good and they exceeded expectations. I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional company that you know will get the job done.

Robert provided excellent communication leading up to the appointment. He and his crew showed up promptly and worked very quickly and efficiently throughout the afternoon. Everything delivered exactly as promised. Very professional service and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others.

This was not an easy job and they did it very professionally. They had the large equipment necessary to do the job. There was still some snow on the ground yet they did a great job at clean up. The chipped up everything and hauled it away. Their "deal" was definitely worth it and they did excellent work. I will use definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Robert and his crew were amazing. They are professional and friendly. They worked seemingly non-stop and completed the entire job. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and the yard looks great. I would recommend. Robert showed up on time to inspect the property and provide an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He provided a written estimate via email. He called me the day before to schedule the actual work. I thought that was too short notice and his next available appointment was a couple weeks away so I decided to go ahead and schedule as I did not want to wait until winter. Robert and team showed up on time the next day. I could not personally be there when the work was being carried out. When I came back home from work, the property was transformed! We were very impressed with how beautiful everything looked. Everything was cleaned up and there were no cut branches or debris left behind. I would have liked to give Bizee Bee all As as their work is simply excellent. However I had to give a C for responsiveness for 2 reasons: 1) A day's notice to schedule work is too short. I understand they are excellent at their work and very busy as a result, but I think they need to understand that most clients and especially first time customers need some advance notice as some homeowners would like to be around while the work is being done. 2) They missed a branch running very close to the main power line to the house that I had specifically requested to be cut. I emailed them about this but did not hear back. I also gave them B for price because although they were not unreasonable, they were definitely not cheap. Also the Angie's List coupon itself was $400 worth of services for $199 but there are not specifically transparent on what $400 worth of service means. Also since the estimate is provided after the coupon is purchased, I think I would have ended up paying the same with or without the coupon. I wish Robert and his team the best and I hope I can give them a perfect grade the next time I use their service, which I most certainly will.

They did exactly what they said they would do including an excellent clean-up. They were friendly and professional.

It was very well. They were professional. I think they gave us a very good price for they did a lot, moved quite a few trees, were clean, clean up well after themselves, worked efficiently, and got the job done in a very timely manner. We try to finish a couple of weeks ago. It was $10000. I will recommend them highly.

I paid $300 on the add-on, $700 for the job, and $200 for the deal. They came on October 19 to do an estimate then they came to do the work. I was expecting that I would get $400 worth of services for $200. When I read the deal, I realized that it was not specific, I didn’t know what $400 worth of work meant to them. They weren’t overly expensive but they weren’t cheap either. They were very polite and very professional. I liked them both very much. When they came and did the work, they made sure that they put down plywood and brought the chuck up on the lawn. They cleaned everything up. It was more than I had intended to spend. They did a really good job. One little thing that I thought I probably overpaid for was the blue spruce. I had already said I would give them $100 to have that trimmed. He said he could cut it a good way down and then trim so that it was shorter and he said he would do that for $300. I felt like I spent $400 on that tree which I thought was a lot. Overall, I was very satisfied and pleased with them. They were respectful. I wish I had gotten the estimate first and then I wish I had gotten the deal so I would know how their prices were.

It went very well. There was a mis-communication. We had changed the date but his crew had come early. They did a very good job. The price was good and quality was very good.

Went great. Arrive a designated time and was responsive to additional requests by the homeowner that were not i the initial estimate. Had additional and useful suggestions as well. All work was completed in 1 day. Would highly recommend this service to others.

They were excellent all around. I would give them a 5 out of 5. The work was excellent. We were very pleased. I spent more than the big deal amount. It was north of $2000. I was actually very impressed and I recommended them to several people.

The crew came and removed many dead branches from an old oak, and secured it with a cable, they thinned out where it was too thick, and really rejuvenated this beloved tree! Excellent work, very professional, even working as it got darker around 5 pm!

My experience with them went well. I spent about $140 more than the coupon that I bought. They came to the sight and said that to do something a little more it would cost $100. So to do what I originally wanted they said that it would be $100 in addition to the coupon. I wanted them to do something extra for the $40. They were friendly, efficient and well organized. They cleaned after themselves.

THey did a good job in timely fashion and we were pleased with their work and price.

Mr. Rosamilia came round to give us a propasal for the work to be performed at our home which was within our budget. Scheduled an aprox. date to do the job ( within 3 weeks) but came by before that. They performed their task in a very professional way and left everything very neat. The personnel did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were fine, they did good work. He did exactly what he said he would do, and it was fine. I wasn't there for the work, but the result was good. He gave me an estimate on what he was going to do, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.

They hand pruned my specimen trees which were getting too large and in danger of potential wind/snow/ice damage using a bucket truck and hand pruners mostly. Some larger branches were removed w/chainsaw. Joseph did an incredible job, unlike any other tree work I had done in the past, and I have had A LOT of tree work done in the past due to storms.

Removed large trees and pruned smaller decorative trees. The job went smoothly, with good communication, service and performance.

Robert and his crew were awesome. In addition to the fact that they showed up exactly when they said they would, they were friendly, courteous and very professional. They did exactly what we had discussed and agreed upon. They cleaned up all debris and left the yard looking exactly as it was when they arrived not a stick or debris left hanging around anywhere. I would definitely use Bizbee again and have already recommended them to my family and friends.

The provider apparently was willing to do the work for the price quoated. However I was sent a spreadsheet and that fact was not clear to me from the document provided. The misunderstanding resulted in my cancelling the deal. No fault of the supplier.

Crew was professional, courteous and competent. I am really pleased with the work - completed as described without any surprises. Highly recommend their services.
