OMG THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND LET ME TELL YOU WHEN THEY STEPPED OUT OF THEIR TRUCKS THEY WERE BIZZEE BEES. THEY HAD LAID PLYWOOD DOWN SO THEY WOULD NOT BREAK MY FLAGSTONE TILES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND THEIR CLEAN UP WAS AMAZING. BETTER THEN MY LANDSCAPING COMPANY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY WHO NEED TREE WORK DONE. THANKS GUYS YOUR THE BEST!!!!!

They did a terrific job and made some good recommendations and cleaned up all the debris when they were done. Would definitely use them again.

The provider arrived on schedule. They removed the limbs and trees as I requested, including pruning and reshaping some apple trees that had gotten "out of control". The manager of the job constantly reassessed the situation as the job progressed. But I was always consulted along the way. They cleaned up meticulously before leaving. They were very pleasant and polite to deal with which made the situation go smoothly. I now plan to hire them to do my yard maintenance.

Bizee Bee did a great job. They arrived when they said they would. Did all of the work taking down a number of large trees that had died. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed tree work done.

Robert contacted me shortly after I bought the coupon for the service. I decided I could afford to do half of the work he included in his estimate. It took several weeks for him to get back to do the work. Once it was done, it was done cleanly and the way I expected. I will consider using him again if the price is right.

Robert was a complete professional. From his secretary Alice to the field crew, I couldn't have been more pleased. Robert knew what to do, planned it out precisely and WOW was I surprised when I came home from work. The work was completed, everything was left spotless and to think it was all done in about 9 hours.

The work was outstanding. Robert and team were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt in returning my call. I had to do the work right away for insurance reasons. They accommodated me within 2 days for an estimate. Robert promised to do the work before the deadline and they were prompt in doing the work. The work was done perfectly, they cleaned up perfectly. Back in August, I contacted Bizee Bee to request a price quote. At that time they were participating in an Angie's List Big Deal and the deal was advertised as including Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield counties. After that contact, I entered a negative review here because despite what the ad stated, I was told they do not provide service to my area of Westchester. Afterward, I received a phone call from the Owner of the company. He apologized for the misunderstanding and accepted ownership of the problem immediately. He explained that given that his home base is in Putnam County, he only provides service to northern Westchester. This is understandable and typical of many companies (especially given both the shape of Westchester and the major thoroughfares to get from one place to another in the county). He explained that he revised their listing on Angie's List and asked if I would consider withdrawing my negative review. I've decided instead to amend the review. Why? Because this is the VERY type of company I want to do business with. True, they haven't performed work for me, but if (when) I move further north, I've already found a company for tree service. They listened to my complaint, considered what I had to say, revised their practice, and then contacted me to let me know they took action based on what I had to say. This is, in my opinion, the pinnacle of professionalism. Definitely an "A" in my book!

It went well. Professional, polite and removed all debris.

Robert and the crew were on time and ready to work. Robert was a clean cut guy that was dressed neatly and appropriately for the owner of the business. They brought the appropriate tools with them and started right away to cut down the cherry tree and grind the stump. They cleaned up the debris and evened out the soil. While the crew was doing that, Robert and I walked around the yard to look at a few of the trees and made suggestions and comments about what to look out for and what kind of trees they were. In the next couple of years, I will know what to look out for. A short while later, Robert left and left his crew to continue working. The crew then started cutting down the brush and did great job doing that. Saved me a TON of work! The pile of debris for the chipper was growing fast! After that was all cleared up, they went for the two big trees. One of the crew put on the spikes on his feet and climbed up to the top with a rope and chain saw dangling from his safety harness. The big branches were taken down first, then the top, middle and then the bottom of the tree was removed. They did it quickly and safely. As they were putting all the debris through the chipper, the other part of the crew was starting to tackle the pear tree. The guys climbed up in the tree and topped it off and did a bit of trimming. At one point they were asking me for my approval suggesting that they were done with the trimming. I did not know what to say, but knew that I was not an expert on the amount of trimming but knew that I wanted more and wanted the tree thinned out. We wanted the tree to be further from the house, not hitting it, and not over the roof line. Looking a the tree and what they did, I was thinking to myself that it did not seem to be worth the money to get this done. Since I really was not happy with the way the tree looked, I made suggestions on more trimming, thinning and pruning... almost to the point that I was very concerned I was being too severe. I was not an expert at tree trimming and did not want to kill the tree. Thank goodness Robert came back and took charge! He told them that it was not enough and told them exactly what to do. He also went back to the other side of the house and made more suggestions to the crew about some low hanging branches. At that point, I felt much more comfortable and left for work. When I came back that evening, I was very pleased with the job, the pear tree looked great...just the way I wanted it. The yard was clean from debris and they did not trample any of my plants. They did a great job pruning an overgrown 18 foot hemlock tree in front of my house and cleaned up the leaves nicely before they left.

Service provider refused to provide service even though the deal indicates that Westchester is in the service area.

I had to wait 4 weeks because they were busy. When they came it took them half a hour to take the tree down and the rest of the time, appx 1 hr, was spent getting rid of the root. They were very professional.

Because my driveway is ver tight and very steep, it was impossible to get their truck to an ideal location. So, a man had to climb the tree to its crown and lop the major limb down in many smaller pieces. My house and the tree survived and the work was professionally done.

They were excellent. The owner was very nice and very friendly. The three workers who came to do it were excellent. They were very, very pleasant and very expert. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I was really impressed, because they were young, nice guys and very, very good. They worked so fast. They are very efficient workers. There was nothing they could do to improve the service. Everything was perfectly done. They knew exactly what they were doing. They had a chipper. They was not one wasted move. It's so great to see people who really know what they're doing. I'll be using them in the future. I have more work for them.

We liked them. We had no trouble with them. We were really pleased with their work. The people were really helpful. The guy spent a lot of time here and showed me what they were going to do. They did a good job. I thought the pricing was fair but the way the big deal was worded was very confusing. It wasn’t $400 of work, it was $199 worth of work and you would get $400 off the rest of the job.

He was very professional and gave me what needed to be done. However, due to the distancce being far, he told me that he would not come all the way to my place unless it would be a half day job and advised me to use local provider to do minor tree works.

Exceeded expectations. Robert made some very good suggestions that improved the project. Pleasure to deal with him and his company.

They did what they said they would.

Bizee Bee Tree Service came to my home with a derrick on top of a huge truck. In less than one hour three highly-skilled men totally removed a five-foot diameter stump, roots and all, along with the associated debris. That eye-sore is gone! And they did it for a reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them highly for any tree-service needs.

Robert and his crew did a great job. The tree came down without any problems and the site looked pristine when they were done. All of the debris was removed from our property.

Robert and his team were very professional. They showed up on time. Got right to work and were very busy for the two days. Did a great job not only with the actual work that we agreed to in the signed proposal, but also did an excellent job with the clean up.
