Horrible service. Day of initial appointment my husband called to see when the worker will be coming by and we were told that the worker called out and was told we would have to reschedule. I thought there is more than one employee in their company. We had to call them because no one called us to say the employee called out. So lost a day of work for ourselves. We rescheduled and was told the time slot 12-4, no phone call was given to us that the employee would not show up during the time slot. Gentleman named Gary called us twice at 7:30 at night to ask if we still needed our a/c maintenance otherwise we wouldnt have rescheduled in the first place. When he finally showed up at 8 at night he told us he didnt know how to service the unit! So we waited all day for no reason and each time he entered or exited our home he slammed our screen door, as if he was aggravated to do his job. Such a disappointment. Thankful we were not charged for him coming to our home but we wasted two days off for us to still call another company anyway.

I was charged a different amount to the amount on the invoice and it's like pulling teeth trying to either get a refund or get the correct invoice. Super frustrating! I literally gave up!

I did not feel that the service tech. tried to b.s. or try to push something on me, .He serviced my boiler , charged me just under $200.00 , with tax . Felt that was fair for a large company. One wanted to charge me over $300.00 , because they add a one year service to the cleaning . I went with Bell.

We selected Bell from the Homeadvisor listing and hired them to replace a leaky 13 year old Goodman 5 ton central air with a new more efficient Carrier Performance series machine. Our sales person was David. This job required three steps: removing the old machine, fixing the floor with the leak damage and installing the new machine. Fixing the floor was coordinated with another vendor. After the contract was signed, it took a couple of weeks to schedule the removal. Ryan and John were the technicians for the work. They did a good job keeping the mess to a minimum. They removed the old fan coil in the attic and the old condenser outside the house and installed the new condenser in a couple of days. Then we got the floor fixed in the next week and Bell came back in the following week for a couple of days to install the new fan coil & the supply lines and complete the installation. The tricky part was getting the supply lines from the fan coil in the attic to the condenser outside the house, without making it look ugly. The air conditioner works nicely with less noise. A technician showed up a few days after the installation to make sure that the unit was functioning. Bell employees listened to our concerns and did the right thing. Overall, our experience was very good.

We had mini-splits installed because central air wasn't possible. The Bell person in charge of the project was David Hopper. He came to the home and explained to us the situation and offered us this solution. We had others come, assess and give us proposals, but we decided to go with Bell. The installers, Matt and Hamey, came and installed the units in a day and half, which was pretty good. They were professional, fast and always explaining what they were doing. The units look and work great, the compressor is slick looking and very quiet. All in all we are very happy with our decision.

Bell is a great company. I had a brand new AC/Heating System installed by someone else that was recommended to us but they are not very reliable and we were having some problem on the second floor as the air wasn't flowing as good as the first floor. Bell came and figured out the problem right away too much refrigerant! I would totally have hired them to install our new system both AC & Heating if I would have done much more research but they are very reliable. I use them when I have a problem. They are expensive but worth it. If I every need to change my units I would go with Bell without a doubt.

When installing my HVAC unit, my air filter was destroyed. They bought a new one to replace it, however, it was the wrong size so they told me to return it myself and get the right size. On a plus size, they gave me a new thermostat, however, they wired it wrong, which needed to be corrected. To smooth all this out, they have given me an extra year service contract, however, a short time afterwards, I received notification that my credit card. which was used to pay for this, was used fraudulently and based on how the payment process for the final install occurred, I'm leaning towards this transaction process as possibly the source.

We spoke with an got estimates from six companies prior to settling on Bell Heating. Bell provided very good service - efficient, good price, good work done! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnace/boiler installation. They were half the cost of some big name companies and provided far superior service (based on reviews of the big named companies).
