Description of Work: The short version is that I had a 20 year old heat pump and air conditioning unit that broke down on a cold and snowy January day and needed to be replaced asap. The real story is that the two fellows who did the installation had to dig through a MOUNTAIN of snow (where my condo plow had piled the snow sky high) , using snow shovels, to dig thru the mountain, down the side of my house, and and around to the back where my old heat pump was. I had assumed that they would be able to bring the new unit thru my cellar to get to the pump site, so I wasn't prepared for this glitsch. But the new unit was much bigger than my old broken one. I then expected to hear, "Lady, we cannot do this." Instead, they each grabbed a snow shovel and shovelled their hearts out 'til they reached my back yard. That is over and above anything I expected. They remained good humored , gracious, and professional, and I can only say that they were amazing in the face of very challenging (it was cold) and adverse conditions!! Thank you, Bell Heating..Your heating unit works..Yay! Your air conditioner works..YaY! But your best recommendation is that your employees were good natured, kind, and did their job beautifully! Thank you so much!! I would recommend Bell to anyone' they made a potentially awful situation tolerable. It cost me a lot of money..it is an expensive job..but it could have been a lot more stressful.
