Description of Work: It cost nothing today because I have a service contract with them after buying and having Bell install an oil fired water boiler which cost $5,285. Today, Bell purged the oil line of air to get the boiler operating properly and tightened one of the pipe connections to the boiler as there was a slight leak.

 + -1 moreWow! The Bell team removed the old air handler and ductwork from the attic in one day. I was out of the house for the day and when I returned, there was no mess at all! We were so worried about our newly refinished hardwood floors, but they didn't get a scratch. A week after the job was completed, we wanted Bell to modify the flow of the air in some of the rooms and they came right out to fix it.
Description of Work: Removed, discarded and replaced existing air conditioning condensing unit, air handler, and ductwork in attic.

 + -1 moreThe work was scheduled earlier than originally promised, due to a cancellation of another job. The installation was completed in two days. When there was a problem initially with the firing of the furnace, servicemen were dispatched promptly, and corrected the problem on the second try. The furnace now is functioning well (though it is still early in the heating season); I tested the A/C briefly, and it seems to be working properly. The installers (and servicemen) were friendly, courteous and neat. One minor thing left undone was fully sealing around flue pipes through block wall, which I took care of myself. Overall, I would recommend the company.
Description of Work: Removed old furnace and A/C compressor and installed new high efficiency furnace and humidifier, and A/C consider unit with coil.
