Was on a wait list at 9 AM on one of the hottest days....came at 3 PM...replaced part and done in 20 minutes. Explained the problem....answered questions...will use Bell again in a heartbeat.

From the first phone call to when the service Tech (chris) left, this was a good experiance. They came the same day I called, clearly explained what they thought the problem was, the possible remedys and ramifications of each. Left me with a working A/Csystem. I would use them again in a heart beat. no negatives at all. Not the "Cheap" guys for sure but at the end of the day, well worth it. Professional in every way. I liked them so much I took out a service contract. You really can't go wrong using Bell.

Bell's employees worked extremely well as a team. Hiring this company was a pleasant experience all around: we got estimate on time, their accountant reached out to us to arrange for 0% financing and was very thorough. Workmen showed up on time, were knowledgeable, thorough and fast. The bill exactly matched job estimate, which is important. Thank you, Bell you did a great job!

They come out on the set appointment and they do a decent job.

Although I did not hire Bell to do the job it was because I ended up going with a Ductless Split System because it was more energy efficient. Had I decided to install a full central air system, I would have definitely hired Leon to do the job. His company was the cheapest, he was very good about getting back to me on the phone and I liked his personality (he was there to make me happy not just collect a check). I've since referred a few friends to Bell.

Overall, everything went extremely well. The company people protected all the floors and cleaned up after they were done to the point that you would not known that they were there.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and attempted to recreate the problem with the furnace but couldn't. He did make adjustments as he could and found the furnace in good working order so that was a definite plus. The problem is not that big of an issue and I'm confident that if the problem could have been recreated, it would have been fixed. Still satisfied with the overall experience.

It went very good. The workmanship was top quality. The workers were very nice. Bobbie did the duct work and he was a genius with this work.

Leon Tomasselli came, measured and examined the premises and sent us a complete estimate two days later. He was pleasant and likeable, and most important the bid was very competitive. We agreed to the job and the next week Bell's techinicians arrived with the equipment. They covered the floors and were most careful not to cause any damage to our home. Mike(the primary technician) was efficient, thoughtful and neat. He broom swept the premises after each day. The job took two and a half days (as Leon had stated) including a couple of minor tweaks. I will surely use them for two other projects we are planning in the future.

As it turns out (along with everything in my house) the boiler flu was not correctly installed (size issues). Jim could have sold me a 'fix' that would have cost me a lot of money but would not really fix my issue. Instead he went step by step and explained the problem to me and then referred me to another professional that offers a variation of service to come and fix the problem. JIm was extremely responsive and timely. He returned my call same day and came out to do the estimate within the week. I will absolutely call Jim again when my chimney needs to be cleaned!

Bell heating originally quoted me for my geothermal install. I unfortunately went with another company (see my other geothermal review) who didn't have the proper resources to complete the geothermal drilling. The other installer spent 3 months drilling all of 3 bores in our yard which was basically solid rock after the first 11 feet of drilling. The tiny rig he had couldn't handle this soil composition and he wound up walking away from the job leaving my yard a complete mess and me with no geothermal...Plus the electric back up system he installed eventually failed as well... I eventually called Bell and they brought in a professional driller that drilled all the required 5 bores in 1 DAY! Bells team quickly followed right behind delivering the equipment and hooking everything up in a few days (including properly testing the system which takes a while). I now have geothermal heat and A/C running smooth! Bell even sent one of their guys back to answer some questions about the system that I didn't understand and he took his time and was very professional! It's unfortunate that I didn't go with Bell the first time but I guess lesson learned.... Their pricing is very reasonable and their service is top notch.

I called Bell and they sent Leon Tomaselli over to give me an inspection and estimate. I received the estimate within a few days, chose the best options for me and booked the work to be done in a few weeks. The 2 technicians were professional, showed up on time and did a great job. Leon stopped by at the end to inspect the work and make sure the system was running correctly. I will use these guys in the future and highly recommend them.

Went very well. Bell is the only company that provided a written detailed estimate that was fairly priced. Leon Tomaselli from sales was very responsive and provided an excellent estimate. I had two other estimates (not written, undetailed) from other HVAC contractors that were 5-8K higher in price for the same job. Work started on the day promised and was finished in 3 days. Crew was courteous and professional..overall very satisfied.

I called them and they showed up on time. One more company gave an estimate for the same work but it was twice the price quoted by Bell Heating & Air conditioning. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future if needed.

It went well. The work was done in one day, everything came off without a hitch.

The technician arrived on time (even though he had to circle the block a few times to find my house!). He was very helpful when it came to my concerns as a new homeowner. It turns out that the previous owners had never installed a filter on the intake vent - which was extremely dusty. The technician recommended that I look into getting that duct clean, especially because of our allergies. Unfortunately he didn't have the right size filter in the truck, but he gave me the right measurements so that I can go out and buy my own. He explained that changing the filter every month is ideal in a household where someone has allergies. The best part - he didn't get my new carpet dirty! (I live in a condo on the 2nd and 3rd floor - he had to come upstairs to get to the furnace).

The quote was not provided by email, it was on paper so it was a slow response.

They were professional and they did a pretty good job. They explained things to us more in depth and they answered our questions clearly.

They came promptly. The workman was very efficient. He couldn't have been more pleasant. He went over the entire problem and the pricing was neat. I signed a contract with them. The cost of the services included the contract. I particularly liked it because they were a local business. They were just a very short distance from here, which was a real plus for me. Their price was competitive.
