Don't even think about hiring this outfit to "install" completely ineffective gutters. Don't believe the hype about 21" per hour rainfall going in the gutters. They can't keep up with modest rainfall. Shoddy workmanship, damaged other parts of roof, installed puny little gutters that could not catch even modest amounts of rainfall. Because the gutters are too small, water runs behind the gutters, down the fascia board and down the side of house. Trying to get them to fix them was a project all by itself - canceled at last minute, claimed I had the time wrong (their usual practice-another homeowner reported the same thing). Finally reached the President who sent the same guy who made the mess in the first place. After that didn't work, the President himself came and made an even bigger mess by lowering the gutters so low that NO water flowed into the gutter. Meanwhile all the water not hitting the gutter is creating pools of water by the foundation. Then the President suggested extensive drainage work with more downspouts - and wanted to charge us MORE to fix the situation he created in the first place! We requested larger gutters properly sized to the standard calculations for the roof size. Nightmare contractor, as was the salesman who sold us the useless LeafGuard gutters. Requests to company headquarters fell on deaf ears - no calls returned, complaints went unanswered. Again, these gutters will not catch all the rainwater and they will not deflect leaves and other organic debris. And when they fill up with leaves you will be the only one getting them out, because they will never come out and clean them out, you will have to. We ended up hiring another gutter company to replace the LeafGuard gutters.

The estimate was performed in a timely fashion and left in writing. When presented with a coupon, the sales rep explained that the coupon discount was included; a new estimate with this clearly stated was provided, as requested. A deposit was made, and an appointment was scheduled by the central office for a morning, with arrival around 9:30 am. No crew appeared by 11:00 am, and the office was called. The office stated the appointment was in their record as being 2:00-5:00. I accepted the new time, as my family member could stay at home. The crew did not arrive until nearly 4:00, but was able to complete the work and cleanup. The new gutters look great and come with a 20 year warranty for no maintenance. The crew broke one flood light and replaced the bulb themselves. There is one piece of discarded metal mesh from the old gutter hanging in a tree branch that just happens to be outside my window. I'm hoping in a big wind it will blow down.

IT WENT QUICK AND EASY. THEY DID IT WHILE I WAS AT WORK. THEY CAME IN AND REPLACED THEM. THEY LEFT NOTHING BEHIND. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN. THEY EVEN DID A NOTCHING IN THE WOOD SO THAT THEY FIT CORRECTLY.
