We're very satisfied with his work. We hired him to replace our 22 yr old gas furnace which failed to start two times in a month. He and his team did a good work of replacing it. He is an honest guy and he doesn't do anything that is unnecessary to the home owner. He explained clearly to us on the details and helped us to fill out Con Edison rebate form. After paying him in full, he also came back a couple times to fix some minor issues he wasn™t really responsible for. Customer satisfaction is very important to Sam and his team. I now understand why other people here left very good review for him too.

I hired Sam as he was honest and straight forward about what ac unit I truely needed without trying to upsell me which made the installation very cost effective and yet of great quality. Sam also returned any questions and concerns I had within 12 hours. He and his crew installed the central ac unit in a fast and impeccable manner while being very mindful and courteous of my 3 year old and grandmother who were present during the installation. They left my house without leaving any dirt of debris behind. I highly recommend Sam.

Sam made a recommendation via phone and after expressing interest in going forward, he came to scope out what it would take to install split/ductless a/c system. He quoted a fair price and was able to get the equipment the same week and do the installation. He was very flexible, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had gotten an over priced estimate from another well known HVAC company in Yonkers, which quoted me at least 6 hours worth of labor. I contacted Comfort Cooling & Heating and met with Sam on a Thursday, and by the next day my central humidifier was installed within 2 hours. Comfort Cooling & Heating is a no nonsense company and Sam is well versed in his field. The installation was done professionally and cleanly, and the cost was very reasonable. I can say that I saved over $700.00 compared to the estimate that was given to me by the other HVAC company. I definitely recommend Comfort Cooling & Heating!

Usually, when you contract for a job you deal with a professional who it turns out does not do any of the work. Your job will be done by 2 not so professional workers with an unknown work ethic. With Sam you get the real deal. He not only knows exactly what has to be done but does all the work himself. On top of it he is a perfectionist so he does work that everyone ignores. In our case he took upon himself to clean out the attic full of discarded vents, etc. and move the air handler to where it belonged. Terrific job, we highly recommend him. This was a good overall experience. Sam is a pleasure to work with, is obviously experienced at what he does and cares about the results. If you have input, he listens. Oh, and his price was very competitive.

I got several quotes to install a new Central AC/ Heat Pump. We have a 100 year old house, so it was a non-standard job. Sam was the most straight forward and had by far the lowest quote.
