Sam is the absolute best contractor I ever hired. He installed Mitsubishi heating/cooling mini-splits throughout the house. Super-fast in terms of starting and finishing the job, reasonably priced, clean, punctual, clear communication, excellent workmanship. Sam is a very decent and good-hearted individual to boot. Not one negative thing to say. 100% positive experience. Sam has my phone number and I'll speak with anyone who wants a more detailed reference because I feel indebted to him for being the only contractor I've dealt with who actually does what he says he's going to do.

Sam is definitely the man! He answered his phone the first time I called. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job when he said he would. Sam was wonderful Arrived at 7:45 worked until 7pm. Installed heating and air conditioning system in an area the size of a small closet. very honest man. System works great. Would not leave until the system was completely installed. Great doing business with him.

I liked Sam almost immediately. He is honest and straight forward. He recommends what you need and doesn't push you to install more expensive equipment that will not meet your particular needs any better. He definitely is a pro. He left the house as clean as he found it. I would highly recommend Sam to other homeowners.

I had looked at 4 different contractors. For my part, the most important part of this job was the installation, more so than the equipment itself and Sam had identified the problem with my existing installation better than anyone else that had looked at the job. That was the main selling point for me.

I would recommend Sam for furnace and air condition installation without reservation. He appears to be not only a man of integrity but has great competence as the installer. Our new furnace and air conditioner were installed in a timely manner and I would look forward to the same level of expertise and responsibility as I work with Sam in the future maintaining our heating and cooling system.
