I presented a tough job having had a bad experience with RPL who replaced 1/2 my system 3 years ago when really that wasn t the issue. I brought in 4 other vendors to evaluate my issue. Sam was one of two that were able to promptly schedule a meeting. Sam s many years of experience was helpful in having a logical discussion of how to solve my issue. His price was fair (and unbeatable). The work was done promptly and in sync with a tight schedule and the 20 high line hide going down my house for my line set looks like it was original with the house. My wife agreed the work looks great. Thanks Sam !

I hired Sam to install central AC and am very happy with my choice. He is knowledgeable and experienced, recommending the same (appropriate) equipment as the much larger companies that I spoke with. While the larger companies sent sales reps who could discus the equivalent, but not the details of the installation, Sam is an owner who's actually there doing the installation with his crew. He could easily explain the entire process and how things would proceed. The works was all done professionally, quickly, and at an amazingly fair price. Would hire him again and recommend to others.

I needed to have my oil-fired furnace and central a/c replaced. I received a handful of estimates and Sam of Comfort Cooling & Heating gave the best by far. Sam appeared knowledgeable and confident in his profession. Sam was extremely responsive and punctual as he got to work right away. Sam did an excellent job even while working in extreme heat and humidity without complaint. Along with being good at his job, Sam is a good guy and very down to earth. He had no problem explaining the process of the install as he completed the job. Need HVAC work done, call Comfort Cooling & Heating.

Do not hire Sam! He did an A/C install, got his 6k in cash but then forgot about asking him to come back if you have any issues. Called last week told he would be over I called later in the day he said too busy find someone else. Called again today and he said I'm too busy I'm working so many hours I haven't taken a vacation you need to call another guy.what do you think if something goes wrong I'm going to cover it? So rude and nasty to me meanwhile I never said anything about covering anything I just needed him to come and see why my A/C isn't going on for the 2nd time this week. Forget about good courteous customer service from Sam. Once he does the job has your $ he does not want to be bothered and let's you know it. Was like yelling at me like really are you kidding me. Was so upset I hung up the phone. He seriously needs to retire because his customer service. So Sam take a forever vacation and sell your business. You get an F in customer service and reliability!

Sam did a fantastic job installing our new furnace and central air conditioning. He installed in the middle of a heat wave and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Pricing was fair and work was done quickly.

Sam is one of the few contractors, in my opinion, have the combination of an excellent work ethic, which includes calling a day before to confirm an appointment, calling prior to arrival, showing up on time, going through what options available to us and why, taking the time to explain the process, offer reasonable pricing and quick to reply and respond to our concerns. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough.

Sam Caporale installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit at our home. He also did some excellent work at my parents home in recent years. His pricing was very competitive and he made himself available during the Memorial day heat wave... So it made our decision very easy! It appeared he didn't price gouge due to the holiday and our desperation like most other companies do. Sam was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, competent, hard working and helpful. He shared information about rebates and completed the Con Ed rebate forms with us so we would get an additional discount. He was able to give us some flexibility when scheduling the labor that worked for both of us. He arrived on time and completed the work on the expected and discussed days. Sam worked quickly and efficiently with his assistant. They were also very respectful and careful not to disturb my sleeping son. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished with the job leaving no materials or debris in my basement. When I had a question a few days after the work was done, Sam got back to me quickly that same day. Both units are running so much better. It is quieter and runs much less due to efficiency. Simply put, he was very easy to work with, was polite and knows what he's doing for the last 20+ or so years. I hope you choose to work with this company. They were excellent! Thanks again Sam!!!

Sam was on-time, organized, efficient, and neat. From start to finish he was courteous and respected certain start time limitations we had. He was also very careful about not making too much dust, etc. while he worked since we have a baby in the house. Really great job done all around.

I called him and am waiting for after services on noises and adjusting thermometer. spoke with him but never responded.

Sam was great- from the initial consult to the final install. He provided me with an accurate quote and worked with me to fill out paperwork to begin work in my condo. He was honest through the process and passed savings to me when he didn't require an extra part.

Do not hire this guy. Sam after giving me the estimate called me many times to get the job. Since he was reasonably priced I gave him the job. He did not give me any paperwork upfront. He did not give me the actual price of the unit. He try to give me a lower cost unit than what he actually promised. actual cost was $4700. After my request at the end he gave me a paper that said $4000. He was very rude, throughout the installation. He did not check the duct work to see if the ac is working properly. After the installation I called him because of a problem. Did not return my phone call or text. Never hire this guy, because once you agree he has no respect for you who is paying him. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. He has cheated with what he has installed and he didn't even check the duct work to see if what he installed is properly working. He did not give paperwork, no written contract. Do not hire this Guy. Please go with someone who will give you a proper wrtie up be honest about what they do even if you spend little bit extra money. I am extremely upset.

Sam was honest & fast. He knew his business assessed the project & got the job done for me in a very timely manner. Central AC system is working great & saving me from this heat wave, as I sit sipping cool drinks in my recliner! Very comfortable!!! Thanks Sam, Chris & Mike---
