+ -1 moreNever received a written estimate or contract until he thought he was done. Became very irate when I asked for it and told my wife I called him a "gypsy" painter which was untrue but that's neither here nor there. The job is adequate at best paint doesn't appear to be the same color as was used last paint showed up sporadically skipped many nice days. At the time of this writing I just inspected the areas he missed and was supposed to fix today and found more untainted areas and the downspout is still not done. If I would have known how bad this painter was I would never had hired him, I suggest no one else does either. It is true you get what you pay for although a neighbor had a larger area done a better job and a better price! I'm gonna find out who his painter is.

Description of Work: Removed outdated multi-room, in wall speaker/radio systems in various rooms around the house, installed drywall to existing holes, prepped walls, etc. Prepped, sanded, painted living room with wall to wall wood panels and wood trim accents, painted ceiling and wood beams. Installed replacement light fixtures.

+ -1 moreHe was very easy to work with. Was helpful with all my renovations. He was by far my cheapest quote! He was great and I would hire him again! Filled nail holes, caulked the trim, and suggested ways to improve the look of my older walls.
