Empire State Masonry, LLC

Poor communication, no planning, I didn't receive what was quoted (they didn't use wire mesh), the one contractor was yelling all day and chucked a trowel across my yard (found a week later), they didn't plan for the downspout, no backfilling was done. A year later, all my sealant is peeling off and taking the color off with it. I've sealed it since on cool/dry days every year with the same sealer that they used but it doesn't matter since the base layer never adhered properly. All in all, this place sucks.

It didn’t., very poor communication

The team showed up on time, was expeditious in tear out and prep for the new concrete. All debris was stacked neatly and removed. The new concrete was mixed and poured on site with the latest and equipment. The site was cleaned up after the concrete was leveled and trimmed. All team members were gracious in answering my questions but worked hard and completed the work in one day

Merchant never replied to my inquiry, so I hired another service instead.

Jeff and his team were extremely professional and were fast with communication! We did not have a sidewalk at all prior to them coming out so they were able to take our vision and put it into action!They gave us exactly what we wanted and we could not be any happier! I will recommend them to everyone!

It changed the whole look of our house. Communication was timely, consistent and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic! Ben Mowry was courteous, professional, reliable and made everything look brand new. My house hadn’t been washed for about 6 years...and in Florida, that was way too long. Ben extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. Took extra care to make sure the front gutters were done first, to free up parking spaces. Work was over and above what I expected! I would recommend him without any doubt or hesitation! Unfortunately, his work ethic is very hard to find here in Florida, especially in such a young man!!

I would like to first to start this review off by saying Ben was an excellent worker. Not only were his results exceeding my expectations, but he is a solid guy as well. He introduced himself and had a great attitude and a friendly personality throughout the job. I never got the feeling that he was going to rip me off and he did not just work to get the job done. He put the time in and really wanted to do a genuine job. I would recommend his services to anyone who it requires. I will definitely use his services in the future.
