We offer honest, thorough and "no frills added" free in-home estimates and color consultations. Our prices are affordable and competitive and we offer Angie's List members a discount!

Services we offer

Both commercial and residential painting. Interior services to include: painting, trim, wall paper removal, wood staining and finish, cabinet refinishing. Exterior services include: painting and staining of decks, trim, outdoor buildings and power washing.

Custom palette painting is not a reliable company. The owner of the company gave me a proposal, and I was happy with the price and called him the following week to offer him the job. I spoke to the owner by phone and was told that he had a prior commitment and would call me the next week to schedule the start date. I informed the other painters that I found another contractor and I didn’t need their services. This guy never called the following week, and never had the courtesy to return any of my calls. I would not trust him to do quality work, be on time or even show up for the job. Highly recommend not to use this company. I now have to start all over and find a new painter to do the upstairs of my house.
Description of Work: I needed to hire a painter to do my entire upstairs which included all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Mr: [Member Name Removed], We are sorry that the way you recall our interactions is negative. The fact of the matter is, when I arrived at your home in November 28, you were very overwhelmed and scattered. We went from room to room and you went back and forth between wanting quotes for certain rooms and then changing your mind. At one point, you asked me to quote a room that I was not even able to look at due to your dog being detained in it. I attempted to assist in choosing colors as well but you were extremely indecisive. You were going to follow up with me once you made a final decision on if we would be moving forward as well as color choices. In the following conversations over the course of about three weeks (and I will reiterate that I did call you back multiple times -- my phone records can prove as such), you quite frankly seemed confused about what work you even wanted done and asked me to come back out and look at it again. Before I was able to touch base with you again, you began leaving threatening voicemails which to be honest, prompted me to decide I did not feel comfortable working with you. As a small business owner, I am able to pick and choose who I work for and throughout our interactions, you seemed to be unstable. I wish you the best going forward.
