From the estimate, all the way through to the day they finished, Andy was communicative, punctual, and pleasant. The stamped concrete patio they did for us exceeded our expectations, it is absolutely stunning! The price was very fair, the job was excellent, and my wife is thrilled!! What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any masonry work done. You will not be disappointed!

Contacted Brad Jacobs first through email to talk about the job. They were very responsive through email and text messaging through the entire job. I needed a lot of work done. First was a stamped walkway and entry pad to the home. Second was a brushed walkway around the garage and a pad behind the garage. Third was a new 2 car garage floor. Fourth was a 17x20 foot pad in front of the garage. Fifth was a new chimney crown. I was quoted a price for each piece of the job in case I wanted to opt out of anything. The told me they wouldn't do the entire driveway, not because they didn't want my money, but because I didn't have enough pitch and they didn't feel comfortable since water would sit on it. I admire this kind of honesty. They worked with me through some scheduling conflicts that I personally had. The small crew arrived on time every day, and they communicated with me when they would be doing each section, and how long it would take. I've been blown away by the attention to detail and craftsmanship. Everything has been pitched away from the house like it should be. The stamped walk is gorgeous. The garage floor was pitched perfectly to drain water. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Better check with the BBB on this contractor. Had our work done 2 years ago and were very happy at first. Then last winter hit and in the spring the sealer which Brad applied was starting to flake off. Brad and crew resealed the entire project at no cost and said that he had got a BAD batch of sealer. Was not perfect but OK when he completed sealing. Then the winter of 2014/15 and when the snow finally melted the flaking is much worse than last year and to date this contractor has failed to respond to my e-mail and phone messages. When you check on his website the computer state he is not available and the website does NOT load. One of the sites I tried to contact him through says he is out of business.

The job went like clock work. Brad, Andy and the rest of the crew were great to work with. When Brad came out to estimate the job he made a few suggestions on what we could do to our entry way to improve it. We took his advice and removed a false column and it now makes the entry way look much better. Work started exactly on schedule. Demo and prep work was done in a day. When the crew left there was no debris left behind, the work area was pristine. Pending rain pushed the concrete delivery towards the end of the week. During a discussion with Brad I mentioned that our two year old grandson loved trucks and would love to see a cement mixer in operation. Brad made sure the truck came when our grandson was here and of course that was a hit. Concrete delivery and construction went quickly, again there was no mess to worry about. Andy showed up early this morning to remove the forms and apply the sealer. We will have full use of the new mini patio in two days. Brad is highly recommended for concrete work, we are very pleased with the results, the price, and the working relationship.

Brad is very professional, and the quality of his work is exceptional. From the first communication to completion of the job he stayed in touch, answered questions, recommended the best materials for the job, and was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew paid critical attention to every last detail, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The work is beautiful, it was completed when he said it would be, and the job came in at what he estimated it would cost. Well worth the money, and if I ever need stone or masonry work done again I would not hesitate to contact him.

Brad is a very busy contractor but he delayed two other job to help me deal with my emergency repairs. .He did a great job.

Brad and his boys did an outstanding job. He was courteous and very friendly. He also kept us informed of the various stages the job was in and what needed to be done next. Excellent work. No problems. Everyone in and around Palmyra knows that the Jacobs do excellent work. The only problem is that they are busy enough that it's hard to get a quote from them. I have asked them to just do a job and send me the bill because I know it will be done well and the price has (do date) always been less than I expected.

From start to finish,Brad Jacobs and his crew were wonderful. I called him for an estimate to fix our sinking concrete slab front porch that has an overhanging roof supported by 4 columns that rest on top of the slab. We have lived in our house for 5 years and over this time, one corner of the porch became considerably lower than the rest. We didn't know why this was happening, and we were afraid the fix was going to be a huge expense. Brad came out to look at it and was completely honest about what he thought the problem(s) may be, but said he couldn't be sure until he dug down under it. And although he knew we were nervous about the problem, the extremely wet spring season was going to delay fixing it safely. He gave us an estimate for the job which we accepted. Brad said he would start as soon as the ground began drying out; of course, it then rained almost daily for 2 weeks. Even though he could not yet begin the work, Brad kept in contact with us, being very reassuring. Once the rain stopped Brad and sons came with shovels and a small excavator to dig next to the problem corner. They discovered that the corner of the porch was not built on virgin ground as it should have been, and that was the cause of the sinking. They dug down about 6 ft right next to the porch and house (with incredible precision!) and then poured 2 yards of concrete to support the corner. They let this dry overnight, then came back the next day to inspect it and cover it back up with dirt. They also repaired the cracked side of the porch, cleaned everything up, and raked the dirt so smoothly you could not tell any repair had been made. The estimated Brad provide was the exact amount of the job. I am very impressed with this company's level of service and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, Brad Jacobs and Sons!
