A & A Electric

Unfortunately I have been ghosted by the owner, Anthony, twice. I would agree with some prior reviewers when Anthony is first contacted, he calls back and shows up when agreed. However, after three service calls, it was nine weeks without any communication (call or text) regarding the work that had been discussed on the last call that needed completion. I had to reach out to him and gave him a second chance. So.... after discussing his nine weeks of ghosting and what I expected going forward, he not only ghosted me again without any communications but this time, I did not hear from him for 14 weeks, which during that time, I was without electricity in my basement and he was aware of this and had agreed to return for this job. I reached out to him again and ended his services. Of note, this is my first review and felt strongly enough to write it to help others know while deciding on his/her electrical jobs.

Anthony was very attentive to my project on an old building. He sought out a safe and viable solution to change out an old fuse box and relocate with a new breaker box. He was quick with a response to my request, inspection and quickly gave a solution with a quote. Once I accepted, he scheduled my work right away. He was also prompt on the day of installation and did the work professionally and quickly. I recommend A & A Electric and I would even recommend Anthony to my family and friends. - Pastor Jeff

I called A&A on a Friday morning. Anthony answered in 10 minutes and could come in 15 minutes. The electrical box needed to be replaced as it shorted out 3 times in 2 days. He was very efficient, friendly and knew his business. I was very impressed with the speed at which he could come. The job took 4 hours and he worked the entire time. I feel he is honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Anthony called immediately and came out the next day which was a Sunday. He worked quickly to get the job done. He was very friendly. my mistake was not getting a quote for my small job. It cost me $172 for him to replace an outdoor outlet which seemed high. I did appreciate his service but was caught off guard with the final price.
