Went well, there was a hiccup in getting the chimney liner to work, but Turnabout worked out a solution with a minimal cost increase to me. Overall they were responsive, clean, and very professional. I would use them again without a doubt.

They were excellent. It was a lengthy process as they were very busy at the time but it was a very worthwhile service, I know that if my power goes down the generator will be there and I know it will last because they did the work well.

Asked for an estimate for what I considered an emergency repair. After looking at the job, they said they would get back to me in 24 hours with an estimate, and could probably perform the work in 3 - 4 days. A better response would have been to say they were too busy to take the job when I called for an estimate. They wasted their time and mine. On top of it all, they tracked dirt throughout the house.

On time, neat, quick.

Requested estimate to convert from oil to gas along with 5 others on my block since we are all trying to use the same plumber. Made an appt. left work early to be home by 3:45 only to find out at 3:55 the person had already left. Requested another appt. Was not able to be fit in their schedule. Seemed indifferent and disinterested in the business. Unprofessional.

Work was done quickly and efficiently, and the two technicians were extremely nice. I found the cost to be excessive, and that is the only reason I may not use Turnabout in the future.

Ken the plumber fixed leak around bottom of toilet bowl.

They are very good and very well known. They are a little pricey but the quality and satisfaction of their is well worth it. They are up to date with their permits and coding.

The quality of his work was good. They were some problems as far as how prompt they were. They would call me minutes before the appointment and have to reschedule. They sent me an invoice thinking I was paying $1450 when they really charged me $1950. I am still in dispute w/ them about that.

I only had one question and that was on the billing. They had quoted me one rate an hour and it was different after working. It was supposed to be $85 for the first hour and that is what I was supposed to be charged. They ended up charging me $85 for the first hour plus an additional 15 minutes after that. I am willing to look past that and hopefully they are going to fix it. However, they did do a good job and I have no other complaints. I am not exactly sure what the charge was, I forget. I know it was a few hundred dollars. Not very much. After receiving the bill, it kind of made the amount as high as another company I did not go with because of pricing. I am sure we will get it taken care of though.

THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO DO AND WHEN THEY SAY THEY'LL DO IT. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS, THEIR PRICES ARE LITTLE HIGH BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK.

THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB, THE GUYS WHO CAME OUT WERE VERY NICE AND WEREN'T LATE. I'D ALSO HAVE TO SAY THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, THEY WERE VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND DIDN'T TALK OVER MY HEAD.

WELL I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM, THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE GOOD WORK AND I'VE ONLY HAD A PROBLEM ONCE BUT IT REALLY WASN'T THEIR FAULT. ALSO I THINK THE GUYS ARE ALL VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, ONE GUY IS A LITTLE ROUGH BUT THEY'RE ALL GOOD WORKERS.

THEY WERE ON-TIME AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE GUY WHO CAME OUT WAS NICE AND GOT THE NEW WATER HEATER IN FAST, HE ALSO TOOK THE OLD ONE AWAY.

I FEEL THAT TURNABOUT PLUMBING WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE APPROPRIATE DECISIONS ABOUT OUR PLUMBING NEEDS AND THE REPAIR WAS DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS THAT REQUIRE FURTHER WORK.

TURNABOUT IS A GREAT PLUMBING COMPANY. THE PLUMBERS WERE NEAT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULTS.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TURN ABOUT PLUMBING TO ANYONE. THEY ARE RELIABLE PROMPT, KIND, VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS NOW. SO FAR I HAVE NEVER BEEN LET DOWN.

I BELIEVE THAT DID AN EXCELLENT OF COMING OUT RIGHT AWAY AND GETTING THE JOB DONE. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR PLUMBING SERVICE.
