Worst experience ever in my entire project. Once sale was made it was a disaster. Bad, unprofessional customer service.Charged my credit card without notification and invoices. Horrible installation and quality. One shower door needs to be complete replaced. Fighting now with credit card to get money back. Would never use again, Would never recommend.

Bottom line is they are the worst! Incompetent doesn't begin to describe the idiocy and bad work. My husband and I bought a house in RVC and thought OH! it's close by, been around 30 years... what could possibly go wrong? EVERYTHING. We met with David, who when stuff goes wrong is useless, because sales people have nothing to do with resolving issues. No problem taking your money though. They bungled our measurement, our install date and ruined tile and our bathroom in general. We only have one full bath in our house so getting this right was paramount. Let me be honest, I had heart surgery in May, so I am not supposed to be stressed out... Right. fat chance. The installers showed up 4 hours late for their appointment, on a FRIDAY. They measured once and cut twice. RUINING BRAND NEW TILE. Rob the installer, most likely strung out, goes to me: oh, i can fix it with silicone. He took large CHUNKS of tile and thought he would "fix it". When I let the seriousness of what they did to my bathroom sink in, I had to go lay down so, my mom who was visiting from California took them to task. He said he would be back the next day to pop the bad tile off and put new tile up. He again showed up 3 hours late, thin set and left saying he would be back the next day. He never showed. He called later in the afternoon saying he was "sick". David couldn't help me. The next day, I finally got a hold of Sharon and Bill they sent a different Rob a "field supervisor" over to inspect the damage and to grout. He grouted and left. They came the next day to put the glass in... FINALLY as it had been hanging in my hallway since Friday. I came home from work to find silicone everywhere inside the shower except in the corners. I called. This was October 1st. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. We are disputing the charges with visa b/c the work isn't done. Services are not rendered. I have called every day for 10 days. NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. THEN THIS MORNING ALL THE PLASTIC STUFF that is supposed to keep the water in FELL OFF THE DOOR/wall. AWESOME. This is the worst place ever and i have told the tile shop we use w(which happens to be next door to them) and every contractor my husbands VERY large family knows as well as taken to all social media to alert everyone to not use them. I am now researching other vendors to come and fix because it will be a cold day in you-know-where, before they will step foot in my home.
Description of Work: Supposedly they were going to put a glass enclosure in my BRAND NEW BATHROOM. I don't consider what they did as "services rendered" as my bathroom is still virtually unusable.

Still no answer as to whether I will get a refund or not. I do not want their product at this point because of the reviews I see online regarding bad install too. And when they were here they put in one of the tracks with double sided tape. It's on top of a granite sill. It needs to be drilled in according to my contractor. Apparently they are giving the run around to a lot of customers. And when I mentioned the poor reviews to the bookkeeper I spoke to he said he knew that was happening to quite a few people. So I guess they don't care.
Description of Work: They promised me glass in 3 weeks. I ordered May 15th. They finally tried to install on July 3rd, then said a piece was too short and that they would be back on July 8th. Been calling every week and get the run around. Asked for my deposit back and was told they would have to ask the owner who is never there and cannot be reached by cell phone. Absolutely horrible. On the phone every day with them. The glass shower door is sitting loose in my shower. I have a handicapped father who cannot use the shower and a 3 year old who cannot go in the bathroom because I am afraid he would get hurt.

Mt contractor actually found these people after getting 3 estimates . It took weeks for them to measure for the shower doors nd mirrors. After they did measure it took over a month for them o ake an apt to install. The shower doors were installed and fine but the mirrors were not the correct size....the installer blaming the first guy who came to measure. They were taken back to the place to be resized .....I was then old by the installer he would call his office o have them put me on the schedule for Monday....he was here on a Friday. I waited ALL day Monday no sho...called the store 3-4 times during the day....getting a machine to speak to instead of a person. I had to call the showroom to get n actual person. They placated me telling me someone would be here the next day by11 am.....11am came and went, more phone calls .....more b********....finally someone named Brian who told me an Installer-would be here within an hour..hour ab a half....well now it's almost 2 hrs, the place is closed and I wasted 2 days waiting for this. These people SUCK and wouldn't use them again if they were the last pace on earth....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....completely unreliable and to add insult to injury ...my contractor paid these people in full.
Description of Work: I had custom shower doors made and mirrors for a bathroom after it was gutted because of Super Storm Sandy.

We ordered shower glass surround in early October. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to be build and installed, it took 2 MONTHS!! They kept using hurricane Sandy as the excuse and did not return my calls. I would AVOID this company.
Description of Work: Good customer service on the SALE but terrible execution.

The contract said that it should take an estimate of two weeks and it took seven in a half weeks to be delivered. When I called to find out when it was coming, they would tell me that they couldn't find the paper work, didn't know if the glass was there, the glass had to be cut, they told me that I would have it early in July which it did not come until mid July. There was no one that I could talk to to get an answer of why it was taking so long. I had to continue to call them and still never got a truthful answer. They delivered it July 13 and the installation went fine. We were told to not use the shower for 24 hours which we followed. The first time that we used it, the water was running out from under the door. It was not sealed right. I emailed them, left message over the weekend. I waited for them to call me back. I had to call them about eight times and someone said that they called me and left a message but I never got the message. I am still waiting for them to come back and fix it. I do not recommend them to other people nor will my contractor.
Description of Work: They had a rain glass shower door which they were supposed to cut it, deliver it, and installed it.

Overall the job went very smoothly. The workman were professional and exacting. One day for the measurer to do his work, about 1 week for the everything to be fabricated. One day for installation. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Installed 4 clear glass shower doors, each 1/2" thick, 5 vanity mirrors, 12 pieces of 1/4" glass as window sill covers, in a midtown Manhattan renovation. Workers arrived at the appointed time. Workman and workmanship were excellent. Care was taken not to damage any surrounding marble areas, everything was cleaned up before moving on to the next project.
