I sent them the unit and they kept it over a month, saying that they could not get the part for the distributer. They seem to have a communication breakdown with the distributer. So my daughter was without an air conditioner for one month during the summer when she needed. it. They have yet to reinstall it. After they recieved the part they ordered, they found something else wrong with it. I believe they should have noticed that from the beginning. I do not want to use them again, but may be forced to because of the warranty. They promised to replace it, but then denied that they ever said that.

We had set up a time for them to come, so I took a day off work. They called me at 2:45 and said he was not coming. I spoke with Joel and he refused to cooperate with me on not charging an extra service charge for the next visit. I had asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me there was no one else there. However, when I called back, I asked to speak with a manager and I spoke with Joel, who had set up the initial appointment. In order to set the appointment, I had to give them my credit card number.

The technician commented that the motor sounded bad, but could not tell me if he thought it needed to be replaced. He also could not tell me how old my equipment was although the supervisor there ultimately told me. Ultimately we decided it was not worth it to repair the machine regardless of the part, because it was already 7 years old.

Did not do the work.

Dishwasher was not completing cycles. Came and found washer arm defective. Took 7 weeks to get parts. Meanwhile I also found that wasn't heating properly. Called multiple times and told them that the heating element was broken. Came to replace washer arm, but did not follow through with broken heating element. Took additional 1.5 weeks to complete that repair. Just showed up one day, luckily I was home, otherwise who knows how long I would have waited.

This was not a good experience. I got disconnected twice. I spoke to Joe and he gave me bad information. He was very disinterested. He acted like he could care less.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY OFFER AFFORDABLE, DEPENDABLE SERVICE. THEY ARE A KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY NEAT IN APPEARANCE. THEY DO VERY EFFICIENT WORK.

THIS COMPANY WAS PRETTY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. MY WIFE AND I ARE HAPPY BECAUSE THE DRYER STILL WORKS AND THERE ARE NO OTHER PROBLEMS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
