Description of Work: We are thrilled with the overall results, but it is only due to the kitchen designed / PM we hired and the fact that I am also in the construction industry and was able to drive the job. He is only as good as his subs. I would interview them all before doing work. we interviewed the electricians, and custom cabinet maker - they were great. We did not interview the plumber - he was poor. Demo was OK. in general the workmanship was fine. Job was just 6 weeks late and close out was a pain. I am not sure it would have come out as well unless both the kitchen designer / PM and myself were on top of everything.

+ -1 moreHe is good and very reliable. He was punctual and got the job done when he said it would be and for the amount he quoted. He did everything he was suppose to, on time.
Description of Work: He took out the old flooring and put in the new tiles. He also put in base boards.
