Description of Work: Adonis from Mako came out the day before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we had a major leak. He explained what they were going to do to find the cause, before he started work. Once the issue was found he outlined the work that needed to be done, told us the cost, and estimated the time. He & his crew got the job done that day and did a great job cleaning up. Though we had a slight problem after the work was done, Adonis promptly came back & fixed the problem at no additional charge.

Showed up right on time. After evaluating work to be done, gave detailed estimate to make all repairs. Started work immediately and completed same day. Extremely professional, worked quickly, very clean and very pleased with everything upon completion. They tell you right up front that they are not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it for great work they do. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Description of Work: Sewer water backed up in the basement due to tree roots getting in the waste pipe. He was quick to understand that it was outside tree roots & cleared them out to the middle of the street so the water flowed. The plumber was very professional & explained everything. He also had a new apprentice with him that day. I was very impressed hearing what he did to teach this young man.
