The customer service at MaKo is phenomenal! We had a very old water heater. Many companies did not carry what we were looking for. It was very difficult to find. MaKo was the 4th company that we called. Adonis from MaKo was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient, he listened to our needs, and most of all he followed through. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. He worked hard at trying to find us the water heater we were looking for, which wasn't easy. We were extremely impressed by Adonis! I would HIGHLY recommend MaKo.

Mako was very responsive to the call and were able to quickly locate the cause of the leak. The previous owner of the home concealed the main sewer trap under flooring. Mako had to literally dig to find it and did so with minimal collateral damage. Was truly impressive. On top of everything, they took time to inform us about other preventive measures to ensure other problems don't arise. Finally, the price was more than fair considering the work done and their quick response.

Work has always been done properly and workers are polite and professional. They are not the cheapest, but they do try to do the least amount of work that will solve the problem. The last time I tried to use another service provider to save a little money, I ended up calling Mako anyway to fix a bigger problem created due to their lack of expertise. I won't make that mistake again. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Great. Pulled the fridge to clean underneath and the copper line started to leak. This was on a Sunday morning. Called Mako and spoke to Mike who said that he was unable to get a plumber onsite but would be able to fit me in first thing Monday morning. That was fine with me. Jay came and resolved the problem quickly and I was off to work 40 minutes later. Couldn't be happier with the responsiveness.

Jay arrived on time. Pleasant informative and reasonable. Did a walk through, told me what I need and the cost. Proceeded to do the job.

I must say that dealing with Mako was a pleasant experience. They came the same day I called and were very accommodating. In addition the Plummer said the pump was fine and he could have easily said it was bad.

Jay arrived fitting us into a busy day after a major snowstorm. Explained issue and how he'd fix it. Also explained how to avoid the issue. Jay was very pleasant and informative.

They were in fact, great. They did good work, good timely, professional and reasonably priced. They were good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Jay was very professional from start to finish. he seemed to know exactly what was wrong with our drain and exactly how to fix it. He even gave us tips on how to maintain it solve don't have a problem again.

Jay was Awesome!!! He told me every step of the work being done prior to doing it and kept me up-to-the-minute information on what was done and why. He gave very reasonable prices for everything. I will definitely use this company going forward and recommend it to others.

I cannot express how satisfied I was with the Mako team. Right before Christmas and with a young baby, we were in a serious bind. I had called a couple of other plumbers, and they couldn't be bothered at 6PM on a Friday night. Rich Mako canceled personal plans on a Friday night and came over to assess the damage. He swiftly commissioned a team of his incredible plumbers to work around the clock all weekend to restore heat. The job was much more complex than a boiler replacement, as they had to jack hammer the basement floor and locate / repair the return line. Working in parallel to this, they replaced an old hot water heater, something that I desperately needed. Nearly a week of `14 hour days got the heat back on right in time for Christmas, a personal goal of Rich's as he knew how important it was to my family. He was responsive, texting me and calling me with frequent updates. The quality of the job was top notch. They were clean, professional, and really respectful of our situation. They even came back a couple of times to make small tweaks / educate me on my new system without charging because they cared so much about the success of the project. Tyrone specifically was a great help and someone I really trusted as an expert plumber on the job. I highly recommend Mako Plumbing and will use them moving forward on all jobs, big and small. Quick response by the company. Jay the plumber was thorough, kind, and professional.

Estimated was done. The representative of the Maco plumbing offer me service for over $ 800. He also propose me to arrange shutting off water on all the line. The similar service I had some months before and some days after for around $400 (included an estimation) and without shutting of the water. At last Maco charge me $125 for estimation.

Right now - very well and as expected through my prior business with this service provider. I made the call on Sunday evening, was promised a response within a day and their initial response was by 7:30 am on Monday morning. They made a follow-up call by 9:30 am, promised a repairman from 12 - 2 p.m. Danny was at the house @ 12 noon. Danny was through, professional, and receptive to questions. After the initial drain clearing and repair and the job thought complete - an additional leak was found behind the dishwasher during an integrity check. - which was then handled w/o complaint and with high expertise and professionalism. Mako is my go to for any plumbing and heating in the five towns for a number of years. In the past, i have used another local plumber in Lynbrook and a national chain. My recommendation remains Mako Plumbing.

Mako was the only company that came and completed the job perfectly. Other companies failed. Jason Accardy was prompt professional and very knowledgeable. Office manager Nancy was very professional, courteous & helpful.

the job was completed in 6 hours. the cost for the installation was $3,000. that does not include the cost of the water heater.

Jerry was on time and very informative. He walked me through what he was planning on doing. When done he again explained what he had done and tested for leaks.

Jay spent a great deal of time on this. He worked till the drain was completely clear; and now it drains very quickly. He also replaced a faulty connector. I am very pleased with the result.
