Excellent! Very professional and reasonable. We had them here a couple of weeks ago because we had no heat. It was my birthday and we had plans in the city for dinner and a show. Rob called and said he wouldn't get here in time for us to make dinner, but we'd certainly make the show. He was in and out in minutes! So, when we started having an issue with our main toilet, I called and set the appointment up for this afternoon. John came and was done in less then an hour. We also had an issue with the stopper in the tub. Unfortunately, he couldn't do anything about that because he didn't have the part, but told me how to fix it temporarily if needed, and told me what part we needed. We found these guys to be extremely helpful, very nice to work with, prompt and punctual, and very reasonably priced. Would use them again if needed, no questions asked

Installation is expected to be late September to early October, a lot of the timing has to do with National Grid, they install the gas line from the street to the house and then phil and company take over. will update after conversion

They are very good. They come quickly. They are honest and do good work. They have came numerous times.

IT DIDN'T

They did a great job. On my washing machinge they discovered the leak right away after I had already spent over $500 trying to get it fixed by other companies. Everytime they come out they do a great job. They have came out 3 or 4 times and they always fix the problem.

What started as a seemingly simple job, ended up giving the plumbers some problems as the hole in the Formica into which the sink was to be installed was a trifle too small. They had to send for a third man who had the equipment to do this. I did wait about 24 hours for the third man to come but when he was finished, the other two plumbers came soon afterwords and finished the job. As always, everyone from this company - including the bosses with whom I spoke on the phone - is professional and thoughtful. The company was very busy as a number of customers without heat had to be serviced first but I certainly understood that. The job was completed nicely and the men cleaned up pretty well when they were finished.

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK OF LYNBROOK PLUMBING AND IT IS EASY TO WORK WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HANDLE THINGS SO PROFESSIONALLY. I HAD A NEW UNIT UP AND WORKING IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
