Fantastic. they were there and creative. They worked with me on how the job with minimum disruption of the building. They were very clean. They recommended a company who could fix the little damage they did to walls.

Last eve, I called "Lynbrook Plumbing & Heating Inc." and left word vm, and follow-up email for Phil & Chris to please come to my aid with a bad leak I had under my kitchen sink that also extended to puddles on my tile. I've been very happy with their callbacks, time they come to access the work and look to see what has to be done, and like today when Greg came with a smile on his face and ready to help me. It was fixed today and signed-off on the invoice. It's a pleasure to know you are handled by the Phil and his excellent assistant and staff with "kid gloves" and done neatly too. Since 1980, this firm has lived up to my standards and so many others of all ages and problems. Highly recommend for whatever your needs are. Thank you for our relationship and even in this dire times of the Coronavirus, they are available with their expertise of the business and are considerate too. I called Sunday 1/19 and Phil called me back, same day! I told him the washers probably needed replacement if they can, as the water didn't shut off and had one of the men in bulding use his tool to close until they review.. He mentioned someone would be calling me, a plumber named Greg. Greg came in AM and looked at the problem at hand. I highly recommend their company. My mother before me for years and now myself use them and a vender for my building. Truly worth it and 5 Stars. Awaiting their callback.

The most recent repair was to a gas boiler. I called the office when we realized there was no heat, around 8:30 am. Robert called about an hour later, and arrived around noon. He quickly diagnosed that two switches had failed (which is pretty unlikely). As always, the service was 100% professional. Price was fair. Lynbrook Plumbing has been my go to plumbers for over 30 years, when they did a complete bathroom renovation for us in our first home. I have relied upon them for gas conversion, boiler repair, hot water boiler installation and radiant heat repairs. Always responsive and professional.

Chris spoke to me on Sunday and arranged to do replacement first thing Monday morning. All went well. I am very pleased with work, professionalism, price and flexibility.

Mr. Ragusa , the owner, and his staff are very hands on. On the whole they tried as best as they could, and asked a second person to come in with a bigger snake and that snake worked. They came the same day. I got a person on the phone immediately at 7:30 am. It was a really good operation. The second set of plumbers came and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. I recommend them highly.

The basement installation of the hot water heater and boiler went fine. The system is approx. 10-12 years old. The requested re-positioning of the thermostat in the den has resulted in a hanging wire that was not affixed/bolted to the wall in an unfinished and leaky garage. The boiler has encountered rust damage in a lower quadrant that has necessitated sanding and a rustproofing application. An outflow pipe that was defined by a yearly Natl Grid service check described as crimped to fit when the system was installed fell out and was replaced with a fitted one by a service contract that was in place with National grid prior to the installation of the new system. The tank above the boiler was replaced with a larger sized one. With the assistance of the aforementioned existing service contract with natl grid, the system performs capably though on colder days it seems that a larger sized system might have been more appropriate

It was good. The pricing could always be better.

We have actually an old and cranky furnace. The local will come for an emergency but the furnace guy Robert is excellent.
