Bruce and his team were wonderful to work with. They did an excellent job on our living room, dining room, foyer and hall. The job was done quickly, with a minimum of disturbance to our house, The crew showed up on time, every day. Bruce was very helpful working with us on choosing colors and in deciding what needed to be done. Anything that needed to be addressed was addressed. We plan to use them again. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Well from day one Bruce the owner kept insuring me and my wife we should have no worries, well that was far from the truth it ended up being nothing but worries due to him and his guys being incompetent to handle this type of job. The walls came out to be a surfers dream with the amount of waves on them which caused none of my solid oak moldings to be installed flat or flush like they should of been on the baseboards and the casings around the doors and windows. The doors did come out good but the paint looked horrible as well due to the skim coating not being done properly and having tons of air pockets along with what another reviewer said about not using blue painters tape because the paint lines between 2 colors was like a roller coaster The worst part is that they did try to correct it but just did not have the experience to skim coat properly and the attitude from Bruce the owner and Louise the "master trim man" was uncalled for to the point where they yelled and ridiculed my wife The owner signed off on the job after getting 5500.00 of the money for the job because no matter what they tried doing they could not correct the main problem which was a s*** skim coat job. Well I .needed to get the skim coating the painting and the moldings redone to look professional. I'll leave you with this you know the old saying you can't judge a book by it's cover well unfortunately the cover and the book ended up both being s***

It was terrible. I am in court with them now. they did an awful job, and didnt finish the job. they are very hostile to deal with. He doesn't have reliable workers. Everytime he came he brought a different workers. They don't call and don't come out. Very lousy job.

After reading reviews on Angie's list, I decided to contact Final Touch. My phone call was returned promptly and within one day after I met with Bruce I received a written proposal. He is a true professional and delivers more than what was expected. His men were prompt, courteous and unobtrusive and Bruce himself was a pleasure to work with. His repairs on walls from hurricane damage were impeccable and their painting and wallpaper removal was excellent. I have already recommended him to friends and co-workers and would not hesitate to use him again.

From the first time I met with Bruce up until the complete of the job I could not have had a better experience.

Bruce and his guys were great. Bruce had some excellent color suggestions for the trim which really made the architectural features pop. His crew was punctual, neat and polite. He fixed one of the old shutters without charge. And he came back this year to touch up an area where we had had some subsequent work done. Would definitely use them again.

They put the wrong colors on the wall. They hired workers who had no experience in painting. They got paint everywhere. They did not put up any blue tape. They showed me no respect when I approached them.

Not well. Contrctor made comment which was intended to be a threatening posture if I threatened his professional reputation with a complaint.

Very great experience with Bruce. he returned my call promptly and from call to job completion was only 1 week! He and his crew are professional and do really nice work. i will have them back for my next job for sure.

They did a great job, did everything they said they were going to do and the guys were really nice. They were under a very tight deadline and made it happen so that was important. I will use them again in the future.

They were fine but my father-in-law had someone that he had used so we went with them. He was pretty good and we liked him. We needed someone that could also do the floors and painting so that's why we didn't go with them.

Overall job was satisfactory. Workers were efficient and pleasant, neat and careful of plantings. I requested that some spots be resanded and repainted and this was done graciously.

This is the second time we have used Final Touch, that there should tell you the workmanship they provide. The owner Bruce and his crew were not only nice but, they do great work. They clean up after themselves at the end of each work day. No surprise, we will be using them again in the future.

The Good - I had a really good overall experience with this company. I was going back and forth between two companies and these guys came in the best. They were willing to negotiate and we were able to meet in the middle. I am very happy I went with them. They were very prompt, clean, courteous to my property (I have a lot of bushes and flowers), and did a very precise paint job. But what impressed me the most was that they went the extra mile on two problems. First - The painter recognized a problem with my chimney cap, advised Bruce, and then they both helped me figure out a solution. The story - I have a white house. The chimney cap was rusting which was causing an orange line. The painter scrubbed the cap to get the rust off and then used RustOleum to prevent it from from rusting again ruining the paint job. Second - my house is stucco. I had moved my outdoor lights up approx 6" and where the contractor had patched them, he didn't re-stucco. He left it flat. Bruce was able to make stucco on the fly and did it in such a way that you can't tell where the patch job was. The Bad - The painter didnt caulk any cracks in the stucco before painting the house. I had asked if that was something they could do and was told yes. My mistake was not double checking that it was done. So my advice would be that if you need something specific done, make sure to follow up.

Oscar, who works for the company was there ever morning on time. The areas he worked in where always clean when he left for the day. Bruce the owner came by to check and make sure things were going well. You could not ask for a nicer company to deal with!

WAS EXACTLY AS WE WANTED!

Work was done as described in contract. Workmen were professional, showed up on time everyday and worked tirelessly three days and left job site in very clean condition. My wife was very pleased with job and she is very particular about workmanship in our house. Excellent job. I had received higher and lower estimates but would recommend this company to anyone who has painting needs.

The painting job was excellent. However, there was one slight mishap at the end when, a member of the family opened the door and knocked over a can of paint on our carpet. The painters quickly addressed the spill and tried to clean up as much as they could. They even paid for a carpet man to come out and repair the problem. They went over and beyond to fix problem that was an accident. They showed on time, worked quickly and cleanly.

It was excellent. I have recommended him to a lot of people. He is professional, punctual, and extremely clean. He gives very fast estimates. He took my information and faxed me back an estimate that day, which was very impressive. I wanted him to match a color, so he took it the paint store and was able to match it perfectly. His customers needs come first. I really liked working with him and he's the sweetest guy.

Bruce, the owner, was honest, willing to help, and available when necessary. The work took 4 weeks, and the men who did the job (2 brothers) worked hard every day including some Saturdays. They were respectful and pleasant at all times, and even one day helped me move some large furniture from a POD in the driveway into the house. The price was excellent, and the work was good. I highly recommend.

THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE WALLS INSIDE THE BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL AND CAME TO WORK AND WORK ONLY. THE ROOMS ARE MUCH BRIGHTER NOW.
