Description of Work: They repaired a table lamp, replacing the socket where the bulb connects. The repair was done in their shop - I dropped off and picked up the lamp. The staff were polite and responsive and the repair was done in the time frame described. The price was reasonable. Overall I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey packaged up the lamps. They put them in my van for me. I have used them in the past. They gave me a substantial price off of a lamp floor model that I liked. They do not deliver. I could see how this would be a problem for someone without a large enough vehicle.
