 + -1 moreI called the afternoon prior to the service, and was given a window between 9 and 11. Was called by Bill, the technician at about 9:10 am saying that he would arrive in about a half hour, which he did. Was impressed with the level of customer service from the office staff and technician, and of course, my SubZero fridge is back up and running. Would highly recommend, and will use Big Chill to perform yearly maintenance and if any issues arise.
Description of Work: Called because my Sub Zero refrigerator was warm. Within two minutes of arrival, Bill diagnosed the problem, and had the compressor fan replaced shortly thereafter. He also cleaned the unit, ensured that there were no other issues with the unit, and topped off the freon. Very impressed with Bill's service, professionalism, and how quickly the fridge was back up and working.

 + 0 moreBill came on time and was very professional. He spent a lot of time - probably 4 hours of labor or more - fixing our old sub-zero. Did a great job, and our very old fridge works extremely well now. We were worried about spending so much money to fix an old appliance, but with Bill's advice on how to care for it and his insights into how many more years we should expect to get from the unit, we feel like we made the right choice.
Description of Work: Drained and repaired heaters, installed new thermostat, replaced entire evaporator panel, fixed freezer door and gasket on a very old (at least 18 years old) sub zero 500 series built in refrigerator/freezer in the house my husband and I just bought and moved into.

 + -1 moreThis was a situation where it was one of the hottest days of the year and it was also Father's Day. Our air conditioner wasn't working and Dave came out on a Sunday and fixed it. This was so very professional and kind of him to do this, especially on a holiday. I think very highly of this company.
Description of Work: Dave from Big Chill came to fix our air conditioner. It needed a new compressor. We have a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home.
