Description of Work: We thought there were bats living in the house. We had a couple of episodes where if that was in the living room dining room area The arrow professional thoroughly examine the attic and the outside of the house to find there was no evidence of infestation

Description of Work: Sprayed for swarming ants. Told me what to expect. Only needed one application. As promised in about 10 days, the ants were gone.

It was an awful experience and this company came out and removed the entire family from my home, including the babies. They saved my life. A few people in my neighborhood were having the same issues and I recommended this company to all of them and we were all so happy with them. They were fantastic.

Description of Work: I had a horrible ant problem. The guy who came was very thorough and completely solved the problem. The service came with a three-month gaurantee which gave me peace of mind. Fortunately I only needed one treatment. Service seemed pricey but was very effective.

Description of Work: The problem I had was not with the service techs. The problem I had was with the main office regarding scheduling and billing, that resulted in my setting up an appointment through the office, waiting all day for the service tech, and then being told WHEN HE ARRIVED that he could not do my service because of a billing issue, and since it was after hours and couldn't be resolved, I would have to reschedule the appointment - wasted his trip and my day as I waited for him ALL DAY, the day before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, I immediately discontinued my use of the company.

The problem is solved and we have a 6 mo. Guarantee. I would ask for Chris for any future work. Also was able to use the Angie's List Coupon.

Description of Work: We used Arrow Exterminating for pest control services about a year ago.

Description of Work: Just started with this company after I found a mouse at 11:30 at night scurrying across the top of an out of the way closet. I called the service that night and left my information and someone called me back at 7am the next morning. They explained everything over the phone and came that morning just a couple hours later. The technician that came out was very friendly and professional and explained everything. I just had my second visit/check-up and the second guy that came to the house this morning was great as well. Reasonably priced for the services they are providing and the number of times they are coming out to check and take care of everything. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Arrow assessed past termite damage, checked for new termite damage, and left baited traps. They come to check the traps and update our information once a month. The service person leaves a form explaining what was found.
