Arrow Exterminating

Excellent! They were very responsive and knowledgeable from the office personnel to the field agents. I had bought an old wooden box from an antique store and I had noticed saw dust and ultimately noticed tunnels on the bottom of the box. I was very concerned that I had brought them into my brand new house. I was really nervous and used Angie's List to help me find the best exterminator. They came the day I called within the time they said. After looking over the wooden box, he told me that it was neither of those but, rather a beetle that had been living but, dormant in the wood since it's creation. They told me that I shouldn't be concerned as it would not live outside the box. They proceeded to remove the box along with 2 others as I wanted to be safe. The fee of $175 was for the visit and given my concern of what it could of been, it was worth the peace of mind.

Arrow is pretty good. They prevent bugs and things from coming up onto our property. We have no major complaints with them. I do not know how terribly necessary their services are, but my wife likes them so we continue to use them. I'm pretty satisfied though with their prices and communication and things like that.

Arrow has been around this area for thirty years. I have been seeing their trucks all over. They recently got an award for giving such good services to people in our area. They have a great reputation that they do live up to.

Arrow Exterminating Company Incorporated is a company you can put all of your faith in. They are so reliable and honest. When the man came and did all of this checking we thought it would be a hefty price, but he surprised us by not charging us at all because he said he really do anything. He could have told us we had termites and bugs and we would have believed him. I think this shows superlative ethics.

They did a great job and stayed with it until they were all gone. We would use them again.

Arrow is a good company that has greatly pleased me. They are punctual and professional in my opinion and they keep the bugs at bay at my home. They are responsive as well, and I like that.

Arrow is good. I have been using them for quite a long time. I have noticed no pests though so they must be doing their job. Those centricon systems are rather impressive. I think they are punctual and they do what they have promised to do. I would not be willing to switch my pest control company currently because I like Arrow and I like my centricon system.

Arrow is a pretty good company. They got their job done so I am happy. Unfortunately, I do not have my records handy so I do not know the charge but I feel that it is reasonable for the work that was done.

The representative and anyone who has come to my house has been informative and friendly. One month after the stations were installed they have had positive results. I have tried other exterminators in the past and have had poor results. These people definitely seems to know what they are doing.

Since I have used them for a number of years, the same serviceman comes to treat my home. I have built a rapport with him. His is aware of the homes issues and layout. The serviceman comes in a company uniform with the van. During his monthly service, he examines to determine if any additional pests have entered the yard or interior of my home. Each month, I receive a post card stating the scheduled service date. If the date does not work, I simply call to reschedule. I receive an information packet stating the safety factors and reason for the spray. This is a family owned business that has been doing service since the 1940s.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, I DO NOT HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH CARPENTER ANTS OR TERMITES AND THIS IS AN OLD HOUSE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO ASKED ABOUT PEST CONTROL.

THEY DO A AVERAGE JOB. IF I AM NOT HOME SOMETIMES THE SPRAY IS JUST PUT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THE WORKERS DO THE JOB AS IT IS REQUIRED. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THE WORKERS ARE RESPONSIBLE. THEY HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES. THE WORKERS ARE GOOD AT LOCATING PROBLEM AREAS AND SETTING THE TRAP NEEDED.

THEY WERE VERY FAST AT WHAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE ALSO A VERY FINE COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN EXPECTED.

THE COMPANY IS JUST OKAY, NOT BETTER, AND NOT WORSE. THEY DO THE SAME THING THAT ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES DO. THIS COMPANY IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ANYONE!

THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB GETTING RID OF THE BUGS IN MY HOUSE. THEY WERE REAL POLITE. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH THEM IS THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE AND NEVER COME ON THE DAY THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO.

THE COMPANY IS RELIABLE. THE CHEMICALS WERE PUT DOWN CAREFULLY BY THE WORKERS AND THE ANTS ARE GONE AT THE PRESENT TIME. I DID HAVE THEM COME TO THE HOUSE TWO TIMES TO DO THE SPRAY.

THE WORKER WAS PROMPT,WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE,BUT THE TREATMENT DIDN'T RESOLVE THE SITUATION,THE PROBLEM IS ONGOING,IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT IT CANNOT BE SOLVED,SO THEY HAVE TO RETURN EVERY MONTH.

IT WAS DEFINITELY AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER FOUR YEARS BECAUSE OF THEIR WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND SERVICES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE EXTERMINATORS FROM ARROW ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST IN THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE TO MY CONCERNS. WHENEVER I CALL THEM ABOUT SOMETHING, THEY COME.

I THINK THEY'RE GOOD. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. I HAVE HAD NO REINFESTATIONS WHERE I NEEDED THEM TO COME OUT. BUT IF I DID, THEY WOULD BE THERE.

ARROW EXTERMINATING DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEY MADE SURE THAT I DID NOT HAVE TERMITES. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

ARROW IS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I AM HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR BUG PROBLEM. WE HAVE SEEN LITTLE TO NO BUGS.

THE EXTERMINATOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN HE LOOKED AT A TERMITE I HAD FOUND. HE TOLD ME WHAT KIND OF TERMITE IT WAS AND SHOWED ME OTHER TERMITES I SHOULD LOOK OUT FOR AS WELL.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. WITHIN ONE WEEK OF ARROW COMING OUT THE CRICKETS WERE GONE AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
