Arrow Exterminating

Arrow comes to my home monthly for termite control services. I have the Sentricon termite system and they check it and the area outside my home. They leave a written report each time they come out. I have an annual contract with them and have used them for over 2 years.

I don't see the guys, and I don't see the termites. They don't bother me. I would recommend them because their service is good, and they don't bother me. I haven't had any problem with them in 5 years. They show up, and they are really professional.

I didn't care for their service. They didn't keep their appointments and the people they sent had a tendency to not be thorough in their application of chemical and they also didn't produce the appropriate paperwork to confirm which chemicals were being used. I wouldn't recommend them to others. I will not continue to use them in the future.

I don't have any problems with them and think their pricing was fair.

I like that they stick to their schedule to control our ant problem.

They are always prompt. They keep track of when they need to come back so I don’t have to. If I’m not home they’ll do the outside and then come back and do the inside later. Their pricing is competitive too. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They did a nice job. They removed 9 raccoons from my house. The charge was $950. I got a discount from Angie's List. It actually came out to be $877 with the discount. That was very good. The person who came did explain everything. He was here every day to break the nest, take the raccoons away such that they did not suffer for anything like that. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very nice, personable. No weird stuff. This was the first time I got the job done. The price is okay as I could afford it. He was so easy. I would grade him highly all the way. I would absolutely use him again.

They were first called for mice control. Following upon successful completion of this problem, I signed up for bi-monthly monitoring of rodent and waterbug infestation. The results have been all I could have wished for.

Arrow sent a representative named Mike. He was very friendly and listened attentively to everything we had to say. He made a thorough examination of the damage that we had already found and searched other places as well. He showed us the damage that we hadn't noticed. Mike explained the whole system to us and made the decision easy. They came four days later to put in the termite traps and come back once a month to change the traps. Basically they lay traps and give the termites poison to bring back to the nest. That's the only way to get the poison to the nest. It does not harm humans or wildlife. Arrow was more expensive but we chose it because it has a good reputation with homeowners, mortgage companies and banks. With an investment like a house in jeopardy I didn't want to take chances.

They came back 3 or 4 times until the problem was solved. We were quite happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

We were infested with small brown ants that had gotten so bad that the most fastidious housekeeper couldn't keep up with them.Ernie was our exterminator, he was right on time and took his time going through the whole house! Was very friendly and informative about how the problem got so bad and gave me tips on how to prevent further problems. Was very forthcoming with information about how long it would take to completely eradicate the ants. To tell the truth, I have seen only one since he left 4 days ago and it did not look too long for this world.The service was pricey, but WORTH IT!!!I would recommend ARROW and tell them to ask for Ernie! Great service, pleasantly surprised!

They were excellent! They did a very good job. They were punctual, professional, and responsive. I did think the price was expensive, but I think they were probably reasonable to other companies. The quality of the work was great and I was pleased with them.

They are very good. I use them on a quarterly basis for the termites and bi-monthly for the pest control services. Their service is effective. There is a yearly fee to be in the contract which is $400 and the bi-monthly fee is $66.

After a lot of research I settled on Arrow Exterminators for a couple of resons,price of course,although they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive,it was on their immediate response to my MANY questions.If they could not give me an answer on the phone at that time they called back as soon as I hung up.They came on time and I cann't speak more highly of the tech.He helped me round up 2 of our cats.He explained the service to us thoughly and did a very professional job.After he left I called up Arrow and told them how pleased I was with their tech and service he did

So far they have been very good. They are coming in next week. I don't know how much we pay them because it is one of those things my husband takes care of. It is one of those things where it depends on what you get done. It depends if it is the basic of just anything else that needs to be done. They spray outside and inside for any other different treatments like termites, bugs and so on. They just come and they do what they have to do and that's it. So far it's been very clean and I have never had any problems with it. They have done what they were supposed to do. We have used them for a number of years and it is one of those things where they are pretty consistent. There are different people but they are pretty consistent. They are pretty comparable to each other in price and for what they do it is fine. It is not that they are higher or lower than anybody else or any better. My husband normally takes care of it and he is pretty satisfied with them. They come out on a certain day every month. They send postcards ahead of time and then we know they are coming and they do come. There is no time element for them they come whenever they can during the day. They are good and very professional.
