+ -1 moreMy overall experience with them was okay. They were responsive. I thought they gave me a good price, but then when we had the roofing guy do the other repair work, he noticed that the fan was moving more than it should, so they had to come back out and fix the fan again. I have used them before and they were pretty good. They seemed to be responsive in terms of scheduling and show up when they say they are going to show up. I have used them 4 to 5 times. The only issue again is that at couple of times, they didn't complete the job like they needed to when they had to come back and redo some additional things, which they didn't charge for. There are good plumbers in this company. I would use them again in the future too.
Description of Work: Alexander's Plumbing & Heating fixed the attic fan for us about a month ago.
