Afco Home Appliance

AFCO called VinoTemp to see if they were an authorized repair center and was told that they were. They took my money for a service fee but then they told me that they could not repair the wine cooler since VinoTemp no longer carry the replacement motherboard. When AFCO called the manufacturer, they never gave them my model # to confirm if any parts were available. Long and behold, it was NOT available so they kept my money and returned the cooler. I googled the part and found a solution which was a capacitor that needed to be replaced. $3 capacitor and a soldering pen fixed my wine cooler. They call themselves an appliance service center but couldn’t fix a wine cooler? $3 part and they couldn’t diagnose the issue and fix it but I was able to??? What a SHAM… WHAT A SHAME OF A COMPANY!!!

Great! Very friendly and punctual. Worked quickly and explained the issue and the solution. Relatively simple fix, but I appreciated the overall service experience - from setting up the appointment through the end. Fair price. Would definitely hire again.

They were very good and professional. They came out pretty quickly and did the job. I felt that $195 was a lot of money for the work that they did. The quality of their work was good. They didn?t really give me the time. I will definitely use their services in the future too.

He was a very nice man. It is a very old dishwasher that he fixed. He fixed it as well as it could be fixed. He was very good and trustworthy. I was satisfied with his service.

I was very impressed. I called at 9 a.m. this morning and the service men were here at 10:00 a.m. They were professional, cleaned up whatever needed to be cleaned up and fixed both my units. No muss, no fuss and a fair price. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. I categorized them as appliance-large, but they do small appliances like vacuums too.

Not sure about price. I haven't compared. Very nice. Double checked my refrigerator without charging me anything.
