Description of Work: I called and asked for a roofing (house and garage) estimate. I was given an appointment 2 weeks from the date I called, was told they are "very busy". The day of the appointment they call at 4 pm to confirm, I ask when they will be there and I am told that "she is not sure", but at least an hour". No one ever shows up. Bravo to them that they are so busy they can blow off a potiential client.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for roofing repair on my house (because that is what they advertise) and they are located only 1 town away from where I live. The woman who answered told me that they don't do work in my town. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I live less than 2 miles away from their office! Absurd!!!

+ -1 moreI spoke to Nicole who could not have been more helpful. At first she did not know if they serviced the Queens area and said she would call me back. She did 15 minutes later. She set up an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and the workers arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. They were courteous and efficient. The $170.00 is for a one year contract. They come back three times a year to clean the gutters and check the roof. I was very happy with Abrahams and would recommend them to my neighbors.
Description of Work: I had my gutters cleaned and nailed back. They also nailed back a strip of siding that fell off during a snowstorm this past winter. They checked my roof and also put back a shingle that had come loose.
