Mr. Beach removed my deck and stained glass window and carefully placed the materials in the backyard. He provided a place for my dogs to step out on the deck by hammering in a piece of plywood. When the deck was cleared he hired subcontractors to remove the foundation material that was separated from the house. He poured a footer. Mr.Beach returned and completed the foundation work and then replaced the deck and the stained glass, which was in the same condition of the original. His subcontractor returned and fixed the ruts in my neighbor's lawn by reseeding and using mulch.

He is the world's greatest contractor. The company can do anything from restoration, to plumbing, to painting, so they are in high demand. He even starts the job early (if possible). The crew leaves my home clean at the end of the day. I wanted windows that were historically accurate and they were able to accommodate my needs. They can also replicate historic details. Their carpentry work is immaculate, and all of their work is perfect. They are trustworthy and I have even given them my house key and their own security code. They are the only company I will use in the future.

They were outstanding. They did an excellent job. They were prompt, timely and very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and they had a real eye for detail. They were very good about giving us input when we needed it. We got several quotes and their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
