I was in a bit of a time crunch to get new floors installed and Toscano was incredibly accommodating to my last-minute timeline. I could not be happier with my newly installed wood floors. They look absolutely beautiful! The installation team was fantastic. They were clean, precise, and kept me informed throughout the process. My new home feels so warm and inviting now, thanks to Toscano. I highly recommend their services!

Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They are liars. Their work stinks. Save your money. Use a better company. Avoid Toscano Floor Designs!!!

There was a misunderstanding on the nature of the job at the beginning. That was eventually clarified. The team did an excellent job moving the furniture and wrapping everything in plastic. The work was done well but a bit more attention to details would have been appreciated.

Toscano did a job no one else could do and made our hardwood floors look luxurious. We hired two less expensive contractors and wasted a lot of money before we brought Toscano Floor Designs in for the rescue. They put in the work to straighten our floors, got our floors installed seamlessly, with incredible talent, and quickly too. We should have hired them from the start and recommend you hire Toscano Floor Designs too.

Very professional; good price and outstanding results

We had a signed contract to urethane 12 brand new tyres in one day. We paid a deposit on the job to secure the date and work. After the contract was discussed and agreed upon, the project manager GF called back within 24 hours and decided to double the price of the agreed-upon job. They did reimburse us our deposit, but we are old-fashioned and believe a signed agreement is an agreement that should be followed through on.

They were excellent.

Company was very communicative. The quality and timing was a good value for the money. We had some questions after they said they were done but they rectified them quickly. I would recommend this company for anyone needing home flooring.

The team was on time, very professional and did an excellent job painting the floor - moved the heavy pieces of furniture and replaced it all when the paint had dried. Great job!

Very organized system

Reasonably priced they did a fantastic job on the floor and were very accommodating since I had to do my living room and then my bedroom after. They were very kind throughout the process and professional. They sent pictures along the way also.
