Technique Painting Contractors

Doing major work in the house can be stressful, but if you have to do it, then you couldn’t ask for someone better to work with then Ray LaGuarina of Technique Painting. I removed paneling revealing holes and old wallpaper on the walls. Some of the other rooms also had wall paper.

I setup an appointment with Ray. He came on time and did a wonderful job on the house. I asked him if he could also power wash my shed and the walkway to entrance of my home. I was satisfied with the job that was performed. I will hire him in thefuture.

Everything went great, Ray said he would arrive between 7:30 and 8:oo am and sure enough he pulled to the house at 7:30. We took a walk around the house and pointed some issues so that i was aware of some damaged siding. We did have some green mildew on the siding and he suggested a mold and mildew cleaner that would treat the house and keep it from returning for a longer time. It was $75.00 extra and i agreed. Ray was here for 4 hours and the house came out great. He also did a few spots on my fence which he did not charge me for. Overall great job, great communication.

We did not use Technique, but Ray was very responsive in getting back to me. I didn't use them because of timing on my project. But would call them again if I needed an estimate.

Ray did a great job with the pressure wash. I have a two story house, 8yrs old. I had some mold spots and dust build up. He applied the bleach/chemicals also (hopefully this helps slow mildew growth in future). He was very detailed and cleaned the handrailings, gutters and walls. Would recommend again.

The provider did a thorough job. He came supplied with everything he needed, did the job completely. The house and the garage look great. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave anything behind.

Ray did a very good job. Was on time, courteous, answered question and end product came out great. I recommend.

Got a prompt response to contacting the provider. Scheduled a visit for him to assess the damage. He arrived promptly and acted in a professional manner. Explained what would be necessary to repair damage caused by leak in attic. Unfortunately, we had to postpone original date for work, due to death in family,. Technique Painting, willingly postponed repair until we were ready for his services. Once we rescheduled the work, it was done promptly. Arrived promptly at time indicated, completely protected all our possessions before completing work. Repaired the damage to drywall and painted entire ceiling. Excellent work performed. Once work was completed, removed all coverings and even vacuumed the area to be sure no residue was left. When he left, my home was completely restored to my liking. Would highly recommend this company.

Ray and his team is very reliable and responsive. I had no issues in getting touch with him throughout the whole job and he keeps you posted as the work progresses. He's right on time every morning and cleans up before he leaves for the day.

Ray showed up on time at scheduled date, was very professional and did a great job washing the sidings of the house. Cleaned up afterward. Definitely will use Ray again for future jobs.

We made arrangement for pressure washing of the house as the back side of the house which is under trees had a good deal of green on the siding. Ray offered to wash the windows at an additional cost per window. When they were finished the house was sparkling, the deck looked like new and I don't think I have ever seen my windows so clean. Couldn't have been more pleased. We will definitely use their services again.

They were polite and easy to talk to. They were punctual.

I bought a deal from Angie's List. Ray contacted me, set an appointment to give an estimate and came to do the work a couple of days later. As the repair was on the ceiling , and there were two water valves that were going to be covered by the drywall( as they were before the leak) , Ray also suggested installing an access panel to facilitate access to them, if necessary. He reframed the area, installed the drywall and the access panel.I would definitely hire him again!

My experience with Ray was a pleasure. He was professional, punctual, reliable, and performed quality work. Very accommodating as I made some changes and additions to the scope of work along the way. He uses quality paint which is included in his price and explained everything he did along the way. He made sure to cover every area he was working in to keep the area clean. Definitely someone I was comfortable with working in my home, which is very important. Great guy, great work, great experience. Plan to use again in the future.

Ray showed at the time scheduled and started right away with the work. Carefully covered furniture and work area so that paint would not leave a mess. Started painting and before you know it they were done. Great job and finished the work early the rooms look great. Fresh paint on the rooms and ceilings. I knew the room needed more than paint. Ray needed 2 days to complete a beautiful job. He gave me the discounted price for the extra day. Ray confirmed the appt. the previous day. Showed up on time , protected the area around the job with dropclothes, was totally courteous and discussed what was needed. He left each day cleaned up . I supplied Benjamin Moore paint- including their standard ceiling paint and the room looks Brand New ! I have a leaking sky light and when the roofer fixes it I will call Ray to paint the ceiling and touch up some other areas.

I was very impressed with Ray and his work. I bought a deal on Angie's list for 8 hours of painting. Ray was very responsive and very professional. He came over to give me an estimate and waited for me as I got stuck in traffic on my way home from work. When giving the estimate he told me exactly what was needed from me and what he would be able to do. He was realistic and very helpful with helping me make some choices. On the day he came to paint, he showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. You can tell Ray takes pride in his work because he kept me updated the whole time and made sure he did the job right instead of rushing to fit in everything he could in the allotted time. The rooms came out great and I am really happy with his work. They made sure to take care of covering everything so paint did not get everywhere and the work was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone that needs a painter.

I had Ray from Technique come to power wash all the exterior of my house (cedar shake) which came out like new. As a result the windows got really dirty and streaky, I had Ray clean all my windows, both interior and exterior. In a few hours time my windows were crystal clear. No streaks or lint anywhere on my windows. I am very satisfied and will now have technique come for spring and fall window cleaning on an annual basis. I highly recommend Technique for both power washing and window cleaning. You won't be disappointed.

Ray, the owner, came over to inspect our stairs and railing and gave a great quote. Our stairs face the entryway and we told him we wanted to match the color to the newly renovated floors upstairs. He immediately pointed out that it would look awkward when people entered the house and advised that we match the color on the first floor. Prior to Technique painting we had another company look at the stairs and railing and they were not nearly as thorough as Ray was. We decided with using Ray to stain our stairs and rails because he was very knowledgeable and honest. Ray did a fantastic job on matching the stairs and railing to the first floor. He also made the railing and stairs very smooth and we were very happy with the quality job. The job took 3 days and from my experience he genuinely cares about his company?s workmanship. If you are looking for any wood staining I would highly recommend Technique Painting.

Ray and his team were professional with the highest skill level from start to finish. My wife and I could not be happier with the results of their work. The paint is the cleanest I have ever seen. I wish I knew to use Technique in the past, but I will definitely be using them for all future work.

The painter was named Ray and he was personable and helpful, letting me know what I needed to do. We had set a date originally and I had to cancel because at the last minute, I had a conflict. Ray was very cooperative and let me know what date he had available. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after his work. The paint job looks terrific. Just love it. Whenever Ray said he would call to discuss job or time or anything, he was always prompt and efficient. I would definitely call Ray again for another job.
