Great. We are totally satisfied. Ray was very personable and a total pleasure to work with - from pre-job inspection to completion. A real professional who did outstanding work at a terrific value. We would happily have him back for any future work we might need.

Ray showed up on time and ready to go. He looked over the work needed to be done and gave me an honest assessment about what I should expect. Ray finished on-time and we agreed that it needed more work to be prepped and ready for painting. I am very pleased with the work done and expect to have Ray and his team come back and prep and paint a few rooms.

He came promptly at the time he said he would. Did a thorough job and the time estimated was even better than previously thought. He was courteous and neat. He mentioned, up front, that the offer was for a "cold water wash" which may not remove all soil. He mentioned that the 'warm water wash with added soap, etc." would do a better job, for an additional $100 - We opted for the latter, and the job came out great!

We needed the work done a little earlier than they could schedule. But they were polite and professional.

Raymond came over to assess the job and I scheduled a date for him to come back to perform the work. When he came he spent one and a half hours to remove the damaged sheetrock and clean up the area. There was some moisture in the wall and he wanted to let it completely dry before completing the work. Since there was a stipulation on the 4 hour deal that required that the work be completed in one day what I got for my $179 was very limited. He gave me an estimate to complete the job and I thought it was way too high. He wanted to charge me $500 plus materials to make two more trips to complete the work. He couldn't guarantee two more trips would be enough. This price didn't even include painting. So in actuality he would be charging me over $700 to repair less than 15 sq. ft. of drywall.

I called them to schedule a time. They said they attempted to email the night before to tell me they didn't service my area. The company is only located about 25 minutes from me and I feel like that is a reasonable service area. I was able to swap out this deal for another deal on Angie's List to get the work done.
