Absolutely incredible. My wife and I at first put an offer in on a house and then we called Aldo. He came in and inspected. Long story short, he stopped us from making a very big mistake. The home had multiple problems which Aldo was able to locate, identify source of the issue, and explain to us what would need to be done in order to resolve the issue. He also did all of this very professionally and did not explain anything to us until after we had exited the home following the inspection as not to be unprofessional in front of the current homeowner. Our story did not end there though. Several weeks later after backing out on the first house my wife and I had found a new home. Once again we called Aldo and he was there for us no problem. Came in, worked his magic and gave the home an A+ inspection. Came back explained to us some minor details that needed to be attended to which we followed Aldo's recommendation and most of the items being so small we just made it a point that the sellers needed to resolve the issues before we close which they did. This made closing on our new home, and moving in as easy as can be without having to worry about any little issues all thanks to Aldo. I highly recommend using him!
