I had the impression that they have 24/7 service. There was an instance in 2013 when I needed some maintenance on my system and I called on a Friday only to be told that my technician wasn't working that day. He came out the following Monday and fixed the issue. Everything with the service was fine, but as I said earlier I thought I could get someone out there at any time. Since that time, I've been very happy with my service and have had no further delays in having a technician respond to me in a timely manner.
Description of Work: The service is included as part of the contractual agreement. They came out to fix a faulty battery.
