Description of Work: I just wrote a review on this company giving it an F grade due to several factors, including the fact that I was angry when I wrote it. Since my anger has subsided, and my unit has been successfully repaired, I've upgraded my performance rating to a B standing. I would probably use Power Cooling again as I've paid the initial fee and the work done was correct. Mine was an unfortunate experience with miscommunication with the installing repairman.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THE PEOPLE THAT I DEALT WITH WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT THE WORK DONE MUCH QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW UNIT.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE DUCT WORK.
